What's the problem? Why are men afraid to talk to me? 

I don't know that I can help you with this "problem" because there may be too many specific details that would have to be addressed to possibly handle in email.  However, I can support you in recognizing that there are definitely mental and spiritual actions that you can take that if it really is meant to be that the two of you get together - then you can hasten that path. If not, then you can still apply spiritual laws to attract a man or to attract a woman, and create spiritual love for yourself.

  First, let me suggest that you change your belief from this being a problem, to this being the perfect unfolding of whatever your highest path may hold.   The mystery that lies between you and he getting to know each other is part of the Divine plan and therefore is perfect.  The more you can appreciate this the more you'll be able to direct your energy towards the positive thoughts and feelings of confidence that can create the rendezvous with him or with the man in your life that is as attractive to you as this man, only better.

  What this might look like is appreciating the mystery and the questions that you have that make you fantasize about the future.  Appreciate the fact that he is around and has given you an opportunity to feel excited about the potential.  Appreciate that you are attractive, radiant and confident and that he is too.  Appreciate the similarities that you may have and appreciate that the Universe has put him in your experience for you to see that men such as him exist and that you are on your way to having a fulfilling relationship with your ideal partner.   Appreciate him as a fabulous sign of land.   Appreciate that you will always see signs of land before hitting homeland and the more you see - the closer you are!

  Additionally, consider working through your thoughts about yourself that might project the belief that "men are just afraid to talk to me".  What's in your belief system that feels like your truth, your reality? When you can get to a point to where this is a belief about your past, not your present then this belief will no longer be wreaking havoc in your experience.  Presently, if you believe that men are afraid to talk to you, then no matter how many men you attract into your life, the ones that you are really interested in will not be able to talk to you because you have set up an energetic barrier.  You have to break this barrier down, let it go and refuse to claim this as your truth any longer. 

  One way of letting limiting beliefs go is by accepting that this is in your life and the worse case scenario is that it will always be that way.  Men will just always be afraid to talk to you and the worse thing that could happen as a result of this being true is what? -That you'd have to from now on, be the one to approach anyone you're interested in?  Or, that you'll never be approached again because they are all afraid to talk to you?  If that's the worse thing that happens because of this, then how will you learn to survive in spite of this?  When you get to a place where you can say, "oh, well, I'll be okay anyway.  I'll just have to take my own action from now on.  This isn't a big deal!"  Then, you'll be able to let go of the attraction of that happening more often in your life and be able to attract the types of experiences that include not only you being inspired to take action but men (the types of men you want) being able to easily approach you.

  Now, if you feel like you want to get to know this guy then you are going to have to send out thoughts about what you feel knowing him will give you that you don't know have.  In other words, what do you imagine you would feel if you got to know him and everything worked out in the most wondrous of ways?  Imagine, fantasize and visualize your way through these thoughts and you will be lining up the energy to create just such a scenario.  However, DO NOT use this man's name or image in your visualizations unless you can remain very unattached.

  If you visualize being with this man specifically, and it isn't in his or your highest, easiest good then you will be disappointed in the outcome.  However, if you use this man as your catalyst to think about what you want in a relationship and how you'd love for someone of his caliber to approach you and get to know you, then you can continue to attract this man or someone better into your experience.   Turn it over to your higher power and let it go and it will be.   Trust in the process and ask for inspiration.   Ask to be inspired to your next action, whether that be to hangout outside his office, or to where a flower in your hair or to open your eyes to someone else. 

Trust yourself to know what actions to take and know that you can't get it wrong.
