I have been practicing the E-course on conscious creation
that I received from you by e-mail. I have also borrowed
Deepak Chopra's book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success
from the Library. What I am wondering is, how can I be
totally non-judgmental? How is it possible not to have any
opinion at all? Will you please clarify? Thank you for
your time and for the free Conscious Creation 101.
Hi Lisa,
This is a great question and although simple, it's not always easy to be non-judgmental.
It's all about practice, practice, practice!
Whenever we judge something as less than ideal, Divine, or perfect, we actually set up an energetic grid that attracts more things to judge as not perfect. This in turn creates a life that is 'less than' Divine and the cycle continues.
When confusion, disarray, and darkness fills our life,it can feel utterly impossible to be so detached and non-judgmental. I understand this and I too work on it every day. However, in my attachment, I actually sever my connection to Spirit. I cut off my connection and assume that somehow this can't possible be 'Divine' and therefore I must DO something about it. I assume the captain's position on my ship and that's when I really begin to take on water and sink! I'm not the captain - Spirit is!
Spirit is our sole provider. Every moment we spend in negative judgement is a moment we are disconnected from our Divine Inheritance, our Divine potential.
Therefore the first step is to wrap our thoughts around the idea that ALL things are PERFECT exactly as they are. Even if we don't in this moment believe it.
Then, simply making the conscious decision that we intend to be non-judgmental; that we intend to have no opinions is our next step. This decision is just the starting line, but it's often the most difficult position to get ourselves into.
I practice my surrendering technique on a regular basis, and clients in the CREATE IT! program are experiencing phenomenal shifts and manifestations as a result of surrendering.
*Practice SurRendering and Detachment Technique
Once you've practiced SurRendering enough to get the pattern memorized, you'll find it easier and easier to shift into that place of detachment and allowing.
From a comfortable, neutral place of detachment, you can truly begin to create the life you really want to lead!
