What are the Law of Attraction Mind-storming processes?

It is a well-known fact that a confused mind takes no action!  We are incredibly inhibited when we are confused and most of the time, we don't even realize we're confused!

When we are unclear about our goals, ideas, fears, limiting beliefs, or the steps to accomplish a goal, we tend to procrastinate, spin our wheels on unproductive, unimportant tasks, and then wonder why our goals seem so far out of reach.

If a 'human' confused mind takes no action then what do you think the Universal Mind does?

The Universal Mind is consistent in that it constantly and systematically responds to our most dominant emotional thoughts and beliefs at any given moment. It is impartial in that it does not judge our attention but simply responds to our focus by delivering like energy and like materializations.

If one minute we are 'clear' about what we want and the next we're 'foggy', the energy we receive from the Universal Mind reflects this see-saw, on-again off-again, "is the grass greener over here or over there?" type of experience.

Therefore, if we want to increase the speed with which we manifest our dreams, we must stop being so wishy-washy. Fortunately, there's a simple antidote for confusion.  The greatest wishy-washy remedy is a healthy dose of curious questioning!  

By asking the right questions we discover what we already know and gain clarity on what we need to know. 

 "Most teachers waste their time by asking questions which are intended to discover what a pupil does not know, whereas the true art of questioning has for its purpose to discover what the pupil knows or is capable of knowing." - Albert Einstein

 

The Law of Attraction Mind-storming processes:

  1. "Problem Solved!" Mind-storming. 
  2. The 4-step "What Do I Want?" process. 
  3. The "Stand on the Shoulders of Giants" process.

"Problem Solved!" Mind-storming

  1. Open your creative manifesting journal.
  2. Write "What's the problem?" and answer.
  3. Write "What do I want?" and answer.
  4. Set your timer and write the next question in the form of a "How can I . (in your own words state what you want again here"?  
    1. For example, if what you want is to earn 6-figures this year, then write the question, "How can I earn more than $100,000.00 this year?" 
  5. Now, write until you have at least 20 Solutions.
  6. Set your timer for 10 minutes and write out 20 solutions.  Do not judge what you write, simply allow yourself to flow with whatever comes to mind.  Of course, as law of attraction students, be sure to include the physical active solutions and the mental, emotional, and spiritual solutions. 

   The 4-step "What do I want?" Law of Attraction Mind-storming Process:

This is a simple and yet very effective method that will:

  1. Clarify what you want.
  2. Increase your awareness of your vibrational, emotional frequency (important for a law of attraction student).
  3. Energize your creative visualizations with specific 'brushstrokes' meant to fine-tune and sharpen your attraction abilities.
  4. Identify what you actually believe and what is actually preventing you from intentionally attracting what you want.
  5. Provide you with a means for neutralizing the negative beliefs and creative blocks.
  6. Clarify the essence of your desire which is equivalent to the vibrational frequency required to intentionally attract it.

The process:

  1. Select one goal, dream, idea, or problem, open your journal and write it down.
  2. Separate the page into three, horizontal rows:
    1. Write "What do I want? in row 1.
    2. Write "What do I not want? in row 2.
    3. Write "What is the opposite of what I don't want (from row 2) that I want instead?"
  3. Set a timer and spend 10 - 15 minutes answering the questions beginning with 1, then 2, then 3.  Do not judge what you write - just write. 
  4. Combine list 1 & 3 on a new journal page.  Now, use the power of your mind to intentionally attract your goal.  (You can do a living vision, creative visualization, a rain dance, meditation, a treasure map, vibration elevation, etc.)

Optional: The next steps are optional but highly recommended:

5. This step is for those who use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or some other meridian therapy to eliminate negative thoughts and beliefs.

6. Take list # 2: "What do I not?" and apply EFT to each item on the list until there is zero belief or fear surrounding the thought in question.    

7. Set a timer again for 10 minutes and write your action list:

"What are the 10 steps that I can take right now to be, do, or have what I want?"  

8. Make a decision, choose ONE action and either do it or schedule it, now.

9. When that action is either complete or underway, return to your Mind-storming session list and repeat step 7.

 

   The "Stand on the Shoulders of Giants" Process  

This is simply a process of identifying the ways that others (especially the success giants) have achieved what we want to achieve. 

Often, we want so very much to be unique and 'pave our own way' that we fall into the trap of denying the path of least resistance proper attention. We also have a tendency to subconsciously accept that we are all alone, that there's no one out there that understands us or that can help us get to where we want to go. 

You may have read this quote before: 

"Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." Harold R. McAlindon

In many situations this is a passionate, courageous way to live.  Case in point, when we stand up for what's right, refuse to be hypnotized by political or religious entrainment and risk being ostracized, shunned, or shamed for the sake of our future freedom and future generations, for example, we may have to create a new trail.

However, even in this situation, we can use the methods, discoveries and systems that those who have gone before us in similar situations have used.  In the business world this is called competitive analysis, where you figure out what the competition has done and is doing and how to do what they've done that 'works' and how do improve upon it to create the business's unique selling proposition (USP).

The "Stand on the Shoulders of Giants" process is where we list our competitors, our mentors, our heroes, and our models of success.  Then, we research, interview, and break down what they did and how they did it step-by-step.  Finally, we choose to take action on one decision and one step at a time to achieve the success we desire. 

"To solve any problem, there are three questions to ask yourself:  First, what could I do?   Second, what could I read?   And, third, who could I ask?" - Jim Rohn

The "Stand on the Shoulders of Giants" Law of Attraction Mind-Storming exercise:

  1. Open your journal and write at the top of a page:
    1. "Who are the people that I know, admire, or have read about that have created success?" and "Who has created success doing what I want to do or something similar?" and "Who do I want to know or learn from?"
  2. Set a timer and spend 10 minutes writing down every person (or entity) that comes to mind. 
    1. Do not judge who or what you write down - just write.  Your list may include historical figures, fictional characters from books or movies, people in your immediate circle, and people that you've read or heard about.  Additionally, your list may include the businesses, entities, organizations, and maybe even "events" that are similar to what you want to create.
  3. Highlight those who you feel inspired to follow or learn from.
  4. Begin a new page and set the timer again for 10 minutes.
    1. Write and answer the question, "What do I know about this person/group and how can I learn from them?"  
  5. Set a timer again for 10 minutes and Write your action list:
    1. Write and answer the question, "What are the 10 steps that I can take right now?"
  6. Make a decision, choose ONE action and either do it or schedule it, now.
  7. When that action is either complete or underway, return to your Mind-storming session list and repeat step 6.

Success is created through persistent and consistent action.  Yes, as conscious creators, the action includes intentional visualization and manifesting.  However, do not be fooled into believing that 'visualizing' alone will be enough.  You will also be required to physically open that bag full of money or in a more likely scenario, answer the doorbell of opportunity when it rings.
