Great title, huh?

I haven't read this book by Karol K Truman yet, but I've heard some nice things about it helping people to transform their negative feelings.

I found a copy of "The Script" exercise it offers on the internet and I will use it to see if it works as they say it does.

I don't know if it would be as effective as EFT but I enjoy doing this where EFT just seems like effort.

Anyone read the book?
