Help! Am I on the right track?

[flash=200,200][/flash] Huh[color=Purple][/color

Hi,
We found our dream house on Sept. 24. God really worked miracles for us with the down payment and an arrangement for a lease purchase so we can purchase it in spite of less than stellar credit. So many things worked out for us that it seemed almost too easy. Then, however, the financial aspects "dried up". We have an amazingly patient realtor who keeps holding off but even he is finally becoming impatient. We have to have the rest of our down payment by Nov. 30 or lose the contract.

Here's my question:
We've confessed, believed, visualized, rain danced (praying no one thinks we're insane if they see us) all around the house, and given thanks daily for our beautiful just-right-for-us house and land.
Still the money hasn't come in for it. Jobs we expected fell through, funds we counted on did not materialize.
THEN another house (smaller, in a very uncomfortable-for-me neighborhood) came about, offered to us on excellent terms that we can afford, with absolutely painless financing.

Here's our problem:
We want our dream house, the one that suits our needs. All three of our children embrace this house. We know it is right for us but it is getting down to the wire on the deadline.
The other house is okay in its own right, but it is in a neighborhood that literally fills me with fear and dread every time I drive by (lots of drug activity reportedly there).

How do you know when closed doors and open doors matter?Huh

Thanks!

Dear Donna,
I think you are taking score too soon  ... you still have a whole week...
Perhaps you didn't have the belief that you could have the house (a house of your dreams is just that , for your dreams ...).
You said in your letter that you couldn't believe your luck ...
Louise Hay tells the story of a client who's eyesight improved  spontaneously during a session.
The client was overjoyed but kept saying :"I can't believe it.."  and her eyesight deteriorated again.
Try to find the feeling state you had when you first started this process . We call it beginners luck because as beginners we don't really expect too much and therefore don't worry about losing  and that way we don't resist the flow ...
Another thing you could do is to EFT every aspect of this process starting with :"even though my credit rate is not ..."
Go over every fear and discomfort and release it . Then enjoy your family and the house you are currently living in and give thanks to all and sundry !!!
