HELP!!!!

Hi everyone
My 15 year old daughter came to me the other night and said her breast hurt...we felt it and there were a few bumps in there..we went to the doctor and he said given her age, it should be just a harmless cyst of some sort, we are going to follow up with an ultrasound on the 8th...
I am worrying like crazy...I have to be honest here...I have tried to be positive..it seems like it is a struggl;e to not worry...My daughter doesn't want to talk about it and she is doing things like normal..I think that is HUGE on her part!!
I feel like when I am not worrying I stil notice a knot in my stomach...I used to think worrying would hep a situation..like it would keep the bad stuff away.....When I am at work I don't have much time to think about it..but it is the weekend and I have one more day off...HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Lisa~
I am going to say this and I am sure everyone who posts will say the same thing....NUMBER ONE RULE>>>>>DO NOT WORRY>
First things first. STOP WORRYING. If you can not stop thinking about it...then reverse your thinking. Your thoughts should only see your daughter happy AND HEALTHY. Trust in God and know that we all get cysts, boils, pimples, etc and it is a part of being human. Your daughter is in puberty and these things are common. LET IT GO and if you want extra comfort I will call on Archangel Raphael. He is a healing angel and he has done some incredible healing for me in regard to others.
I will invoke him and you can work with him from there!
Archangel Raphael I ask that you fill Lisa's daughter with your healing love. Please take this to the light for tranformation. Please help Lisa see her daughter in perfect health and to relieve the worry that is in her heart. Please help her understand that all is well and that this too shall pass. It has been asked and so it shall be. Thank You Thank you Thank you. Amen Amen Amen
Lisa....please pay attention to the signs and know that you and your family are surrounded by armies of angels and that everything is in perfect order. Your daughtr is doing just fine and worrying does not help or heal anything. Love her and heal her. This is you mantra....I love her and I heal her. If you are not familiar with AA Raphael...just do a google search and this will keep you busy for hours! Most importantly have faith and trust in the Most High.

Hi Lisa,
It is really hard not to worry when you are in the midst of such a scarey situation.
Remember that when we worry we are putting all our attention and focus onto
the exact thing that we do not want. It would be difficult not to think about this
at all, maybe since you are going to be thinking about it any way think of all the
best possible outcomes. If it is to hard to think about the best possible outcomes
then definitely change what ever you are doing so that you are not worrying. Spend
some time doing something really fun with your daughter. Go shopping!

Hello Lisa ,
We either worry, or love - we can't do both at the same time ...
As a mother of three daughters i have had my fare share of 'situations' like the one you are describing ... i think that cysts and lumps in the breasts are very seldom dangerous .Most of the times they are here today , gone next month . Very much like a pimple on the face ...
I have suggested EFT to you before , oh , how i wish you will give it a try !!!!!

We had her ultrasound and it doesn't look like anything to worry about!!!!! I am so relieved!!! Thanks again for all your help!!

I just clicked on here, and I read some of the info. I want you too know that when I was younger about 18 or so I also found some lumps as well, The doctors said and did the same and I am completly healthy at age 30 so I am sure your daughter is totally find. Yes, the nerves do kick in. I am glad to here everything came back normally.
