Update: I took a drive past the the lovely homes that used to make me cry with grief. (resistance and attachment)

I think I am almost cured now but just in case I will continue to further understand detachment.

It was a strangely peaceful time this time and the most I could say was lovely. No twinges of sadness nothing just
peaceful appreciation.

I am guessing peacefulness is a step in the right direction.

What amazes me is that years of grief was virtually wiped out over night once i better understood what was actually
going on.

Good for you, Camsco! Reading your post I had an "Aha!" moment. Although I have created some good stuff, there is one that will not manifests and now I see that it is because I am looking at it  with sadness or longing, with a sense of impossibility, as if I will never have it! Hummmm.... some EFT will do me good.
