Help me with my firewall

What will be a better one firewall I can download and use for free, that will come with my windows xp and won't slow it down?

Greetings Will....I don't know of any sites (except Microsoft) but you can do 2 things.

Go into settings  in Windows XP and click on the help ICON and you can type in "firewall" in the search box and see what info comes up  and secondly...when all else fails..... You can go to "Ask Jeeves" and type in your question.   Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
The firewall thing is not something I really understand...except that sometimes they can be a pain!

Hi Will,

When you say "firewall" I'm assuming you're referring to an anti-spyware, ant-malware application. One that I'm currently using can be found here
