This was because my prosperity consciousness was limited to what I had been raised with, the belief that money was hard to come by, that it took money to make money, that only hard work and long hours would ever produce any wealth and then there's never any to spare, that rich people were unhappy and crooked, etc. etc, etc.

I remember breaking down and praying one night, all night long. I lit candles and I chanted and chatted with God all night.

“Show me ­ what do I need to do to manifest prosperity? Teach me ­ what am I doing wrong? Help me ­ understand everything I don't know so that I can finally pick myself up and get this right.”

I didn't receive any miraculous piles of cash.

I didn't instantly attract a big wad of money.

However, I did receive inspiration to apply the principles that I had been learning in a much more methodical manner. And, there was peace in this inspiration.

Prior to this night, I wanted prosperity to just appear. Yes, I worked hard but I still wanted it to be easier, and thought that if I put my attention on Ocash' for example, that the law of attraction would kick-in and suddenly I'd have a pocket full of money.
