Procrastination isn't always a 'bad' thing. There are times that our procrastination is intuitively inspired.

However, there are other times when our procrastination is coming from a place of dispassion, boredom, lack of inspiration, apathy or overwhelm. There are also times when we procrastinate in order to avoid failure or even avoid success.

Knowing when to trust that our procrastination is harmoniously aligned with our greater good and when our procrastination is misaligned, causing us to disconnect from our intentions is an essential key to effective, passionate, and fulfilled living.
