We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Together, as Conscious Leaders guided by the Divine, we have the Mind Power necessary to co-create a sustainable, harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous world. And, we can do this while also attracting and creating a passionate, loving, rich, healthy life with all of our personal dreams fulfilled.
January 28, 2005Create a Victory Log and Gratitude JournalCategory: Creative Manifesting — Anisa @ 10:52 am One of the best creative manifesting habits that I have put into place for myself and my clients is a Victory Log. If you don’t already have one, get a journal right away and keep it by your bed.
Now, this is what you’re going to write in your Victory Log every night: My 5 Victories: My 5 Gratitude’s:
In your Victory list, you HAVE to write 5 victories, no matter what you did today, if you look hard enough you WILL find small victories and you MUST COMMIT to writing those victories down. Additionally, this is where you will also write down your victories from your past, as you are compiling a life-long victory log. Therefore, anything from your past or present that is in ANY way a victory is to be recorded here. Sometimes you may feel this is a challenge as 5 may seem like a lot, but the act of requiring yourself to consider even your small accomplishments a victory will change your perspective and your appreciation for yourself dramatically. Trust me; there have been times when I’ve written things like, “I got out of bed today” as I didn’t feel like much else could be considered a victory! The point of the exercise is to take stock in the fact that you DO choose to live every day, you DO choose to pursue life every day, and you DO have victories and successes each and every day of your life. Additionally, when you require yourself to write your victories down, you fertilize a seed within that will begin to inspire and motivate you to take greater action and be even more courageous in the pursuit of your goals so that when you sit down to record your victories you’ll have something GREAT to write about! Now, in your Gratitude list, you also HAVE to write 5 things that you are grateful for and/or 5 reasons to be grateful. Write complete sentences starting with “I AM grateful …” Make this a quick but important exercise that you commit to every night before you go to bed and in very short order, you will wake up remembering how successful and grateful you really are. This sets your tone for the day and pretty soon, your dominant vibration will be in alignment with even more victories and even more things to be grateful for. Take a quick moment at the end of this exercise, to truly FEEL successful and truly FEEL grateful. Now, drift off to sleep with these feelings as your lullaby.
Conscious Creation is one of the greatest experiences that life has to offer. I am so thankful to have an opportunity to share with you and to support you in the pursuit of your dreams. January 7, 2005Feeling Helpless and Powerless to help Tsunami VictimsCategory: Creative Manifesting — Anisa @ 7:50 pm Tsunami Prayer for relief and understanding: “If this was a wake up call, I ask the Universe to help us to listen, hear, understand and prepare to unite for a better world now. I ask for the strength, power, guidance and insight to respond with love and expediency now. I ask for the resolve to pray for and expect healing for everyone touched by this disaster now. I ask for and accept that the miracles that are needed to heal our world occur immediately. I am grateful to now know that light reigns supreme in our lives and love heals the wounds of our friends in need. I send forth a request and an expectancy that the water, food, means, and love required to support our fellow souls be delivered under grace and that this delivery happen immediately and from a place of love. Powerful healers, leaders, families, organizations and individuals now embrace and step up to the call for a united world where peace, love, cooperation and understanding are the order of the day. I am grateful that the awareness, understanding and firm resolve required to unite our hearts and souls as a world community, are now at hand. I ask for the guidance and inspiration to help wherever I can and that this call be easily recognized accepted. I give thanks for the Divine Order of life, and for the peace and rainbows that inevitably will arise from this disaster. I send forth love and unconditional acceptance to all those in pain and ask Spirit to be with them, sending them love, food, health, healing, and support now.” There isn’t anything I can write, that would adequately express the overwhelming sense of helplessness and powerlessness that I have felt about my inability to help our friends that were hit by the Tsunami. It’s been so painful to watch from thousands of miles away and of course, it even feels self-centered to talk about ‘my pain’. Attempting to work and continue with life when so many have had their lives ripped apart, feels unimportant and insignificant. How dare I worry about my problems when desperate souls don’t have drinking water, their mothers, their fathers, their babies any longer. However, small actions that I can take now, do and will make a difference. Even if my small donations help only one child, or one family, then I’ve done something. Additionally, my prayers do make a difference. My thoughts towards planetary healing contribute to the positive tide that we so desperately need now more than ever. The following email from United for Peace and Justice outlines additional and not so mainstream ways that we can help. I hope you’ll find it helpful. >> please forward >> The damage wrought by the December 26 tsunami is so epic and heartbreaking in its scope that words can hardly convey the sense of loss and grief we feel. United for Peace and Justice joins with people all around the world in mourning the devastation, and in seeking ways to help the survivors. We do so with an acute awareness of the role that global inequality and widespread poverty plays in intensifying “natural” disasters, and of the repressive conditions that defined ordinary life for many in the region – particularly in the hardest hit area, the Indonesian province of Aceh — even before the tsunami hit. We are recommending several action steps intended not just to respond to this immediate crisis but to promote lasting social justice in the region. INCREASE U.S. AID. Contact your Congressional representatives to demand that the U.S. government dramatically increase its aid to the affected countries. After considerable pressure, the Bush Administration has upped its pledge of support to $350 million – but that figure is still insultingly small, less than the amount that is wasted every two days on the disastrous and unnecessary war in Iraq. Find contact information for your representatives at http://www.house.gov/ and http://www.senate.gov/ CANCEL THE DEBT. Like much of the Global South, the countries most affected by the tsunami have been crippled for years by staggering debt. Indonesia alone pays more than $7 billion each year in debt service to the International Monetary Fund and World Bank – a figure that dwarfs the total aid pledged so far to the entire region. UFPJ strongly supports the call by Jubilee South (http://www.jubileesouth.org) and groups all around the world in calling for the unconditional cancellation of all the debt owed by countries hit by the tsunami. Support this demand by joining Jubilee USA Network in sending a letter to President Bush and Treasury Secretary Snow calling for immediate debt relief. Click here: SUPPORT GRASSROOTS RELIEF EFFORTS. Private giving is not a substitute for government aid or debt cancellation. That said, there are many grassroots nongovernmental organizations in the region that are not only doing key relief work but are also empowering local communities and providing a crucial counterweight to the often corrupt and brutal governments of the most affected countries. Below are several groups that we especially encourage you to support: East Timor Action Network Via Campesina American Friends Service Committee MADRE =========================================== |
