Vibrational Video Coaching Q&A:   What to do when you can’t get over your EX and all you want to do is attract them back into your life - no matter how dysfunctional it was?

Q: Dear Anisa,

“I am still deeply in love with my Ex,  and I mostly cannot think of being with another. When I visualize my mate I have to force myself not to think of him, but even so I can’t deceive my feelings: “It is him that I’m in love with; he is the one that deep within I have chosen against all common sense, against almost five years of evidence that we can’t make each other happy. But something in me, bold and stupid, says “It’s true, no we can’t. Not yet. I don’t care that we are not aligned. I don’t care he has given me nothing but suffering. I don’t care if it will take this entire existence and maybe another one too, I believe we will be happily together one day; a wonderful couple blessed with peace and harmony. I don’t know how and when it will happen, but it will. The Universe will take care of this.”

When I feel this way I feel absolutely happy, joyful and completely at peace.

Then, if it lasts more than a couple of days, I begin to tell myself that this is all crazy, that I’m fantasizing like a teen over someone who doesn’t want to be with me; that I should know better by now, that I will meet a wonderful mate, hundreds times better than him, and be so incredibly happy. But I feel resistance to these thoughts and they don’t last, my desire to be happy with  my ex wins over and everything starts again.”

A: Dear Conscious Creator Friend,

First, congratulations on recognizing your feelings and becoming aware of your internal conflicts. I encourage you to go easy on yourself - you are very much on your Divine Right path.I cannot think of even a single time when I’ve been asked the question, “How do I manifest a specific mate into my life?” when my suggestions have been well-received or easily heard.  The resistance to my suggestions are natural and I understand them.  When we come from a desire to ‘manifest this ONE-AND-ONLY one for me’ while your LOA mentor is saying, “Don’t do that! You will not be happy with the results and you are taking a zillion possibilities for your fulfillment and funneling them down to ONE chance for love - (and not even healthy love at that!)”

However, today, I go at this question a little differently with my Vibrational Video Coaching clip:  What if this time apart was meant to be so that you could create the possibility for a healthy relationship?  And, if you get aligned with a healthy relationship and say - ‘this or something better’ then IF you attract a reconciliation then you’ll have that healthy love you desire.  And, if you do not, then you’ll be open to the ‘better’ that you really want just the same.  My video clip explains more fully how to do this.
