We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Certainty- secret ingredient for super-fast manifesting

Certainty: Learn how to conjure and exemplify this emotion to yield fast (and sometimes instant) manifestations.

A pivotal moment in every Law of Attraction student’s studies is the life-changing, ah-ha realization that the fully comprehend the one ingredient that has been missing all along – certainty.   The ONE ingredient that they ‘knew’ they needed but didn’t KNOW how exactly to add it; the ONE ingredient that would make all the difference in the world to their success; that one ingredient that supersedes all other LOA mind-tricks is certainty.

From the moment that you begin to infuse your intentions with certainty – you will begin to see real results that continue to grow and expand!
I do not want to understate the importance of this lesson.  Certainty is the epochal (life-changing) emotion responsible for consistent intentional creation success.

Certainty is defined as the mental state of being without doubt.  But, certainty is not just a ’state’ that happens to us, it is an emotion that we can consciously choose.  We tend to think of certainty as the remaining ‘aftertaste’ once we’ve tasted the sweetness of our dreams fulfilled.  However, waiting until our dreams are already manifested to feel certain is like waiting to see if anyone wins the lottery before buying our ticket!

In On Being Certain: Believing You Are Right Even When You’re Not by Robert Burton, the author shares the Challenger Study.  Right after the Challenger disaster (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Shuttle_Challenger_disaster) in 1986, Ulric Neiser, a professor and psychologist, asked 106 students to journal where they were when they heard the news of the tragedy.  2 ½ years later he asked again, “where were you?”  Less than 10% had the same memory as when they first journaled and 25% had strikingly different recollections.  However, what was most interesting was that many students were absolutely insistent that their new journal entry was correct one.  In fact one student even said of his 1986 entry, “That’s my handwriting, but that’s not what happened.”

You see, we conjure our emotional state of certainty on an everyday basis.  What we are certain of today, we are choosing to be certain about.  This study shows that we have strong convictions regarding our memories and what we believe to be right, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that we are accurate in our memory or conviction.

If you are looking for a way to wrap your mind around how to use this powerful emotion of certainty, then think about this study and how it gives you permission to be certain now, about something that you want to experience.  Choose to be certain that it has already manifested and you are simply walking towards it, paving the way, preparing to receive and experience it

Certainty is an emotional choice that we can and must choose to feel at our discretion.  Certainty should not only be experienced after the goal is obtained but as a chosen precursor dictating the manifestation. It’s this emotion that will make the difference between sporadic manifesting results and creating like clockwork.

In fact, if you find detachment difficult, add certainty and see how quickly attachment dissipates.  You cannot feel ‘attached’ to the outcome and ‘certain’ at the same time.

Some may call this faith.  Indeed, it is similar to faith.  However, I find certainty to be more powerful than faith as I tend to weaken my emotional confidence when I get caught up in the ‘have faith’ conversation about “God’s Will, not Thy Will” (and, that’s another discussion entirely.) Do not misunderstand me.  Faith is powerful and many creators use faith effectively.  However, there’s even greater power in combining faith with certainty.  Handing your dreams and goals over to your higher power (in faith) while claiming it to be done (certainty) can create warp-speed results.

How do you experience greater certainty and harness this powerful attraction field, in spite of not having all that you want?

Here’s an exercise that is wonderfully easy and commanding.

1)     To experience what certainty feels like take a moment and think upon the following:
“         The sun will rise tomorrow.
“         There are pores on my skin
“         Gravity is holding me in place.
“         I am reading these words.
“         I am breathing.
“         I am … (fill in the blanks with something you know.)

2)    Now use your journal to respond to the following questions.

How certain are you the above is true? How do you know it’s true?  How do you know you are breathing?  How do you know the sun will rise tomorrow?  How do you know there are pores on your skin?  If you can’t see, taste, touch, or measure gravity then how can you be sure that gravity is holding you in place? What does this certainty feel like?
Take a moment to write down your reflections: what does the certainty that you have about the sun rising feel like?

3)    Now, imagine that this emotion of certainty were somewhere in your body. (Tip: do not second guess yourself.  You can only get this wrong by answering ‘I don’t know’. Whatever answers come forth – run with it, that’s what’s right for you.)

If this certainty were located somewhere inside or outside your body, where would it be?
If it had a shape, what shape would it be? How big or how small is this shape?
If it were a color, what color would it be?
If it had a texture, what texture would it be?
If it had a sound, what sound might it make?
If it had a texture, what texture would it be?
Does it have any other qualities that you can make a note of?
Now, imagine that this state of certainty – the state of knowing that the sun will rise tomorrow – were entirely contained in this shape you’ve identified.

4)    Turn it up!  Now, imagine there are little knobs on this shape.  The knob on the right controls the clarity, sharpness, and definition.  The knob on the left controls the intensity.
Turn each knob, sensing the clicks, and imagining that you are tuning the clarity and the intensity up to a 10.  Keep imagining you are intensifying the feeling of certainty with each and every turn of the knob, until you get to a 10.
This is your state of certainty.

5)    Now, select one goal that you have (just one goal that you are very clear about, for now.)
Imagine you are standing inside the moment when you KNOW you’ve just accomplished this dream.  Choose any moment that represents the end result you want or a milestone along the way.  Imagine something that you can sense clearly such as making a deposit, holding your loved ones hand, getting that award, etc.  Choose something that is real to you that you can sense (see, feel, taste, in some way.)

6)    Superimpose your state of certainty onto this milestone or end result.  As you feel that state of certainty invading the scene, use the knobs to turn up the emotions and clarity.  Continue to turn the knobs until you are a 10, while simultaneously holding the vision of your goal fulfilled.

7)    Breathe it in.  Allow yourself to rejoice and give thanks for the complete fulfillment of this now.

8)    Let it go.  Imagine that you are releasing this vision and as it flies away, continue to feel that sense of certainty and gratitude. So be it.  It is done.

9)    Prepare to receive it.  For it is done.
If when you do this exercise at first you do not feel the certainty translated, continue to go back to the thought, “I know the sun will rise tomorrow” and feel that level of conviction and certainty.  Turn up the volume, clarity, and intensity with your knobs and then shift your mind again to that final result.

Our minds are wonderful machines that will accept your symbol (and state) of certainty. The more you utilize this process and your certainty state the more pronounced, resonant and vociferous your vibration of certainty will resound!

Certainty: Go get it and watch your dreams zoom into being, now!

Spiritual Mind Treatment for Faith and Guidance During Challenging Times

I acknowledge that there is but one Presence and Power; one Omnipotent, all-providing Supply and I am intimately and irrevocably fused with this Source. We are ONE! The Divine Source is Love, Beauty, Peace, Harmony, Wisdom, and Prosperity and therefore so am I. I embrace the Truth that my Source and Supply is instant and immediate. I passionately hold close this Truth in my heart and soul, knowing that all is well for it cannot be another other way. If I am intimately and irrevocably merged with Source then it is impossible for me to have any wants, needs, or unfulfilled desires. I give thanks for this Truth and I allow for the physical expression of what I know to be true to be seen, heard, and experienced now.

And, as I acknowledge this to be the Truth of me, I welcome this as the truth for all who read or hear these words. We are connected at our core and what is True for me, must be True for you. Therefore, I give thanks that our desires for ease, financial well-being, comfort, health, peace, and love are fulfilled, now.

I acknowledge that while I have allowed distressing news, and economic reports to sway my belief in my unlimitedness, I am ready to return to faith. I know I am not alone in my diversion. I know that as I pray, there are many who suffer far greater diversions and disconnection from the Essence of WHO they are – as unlimited beings, full of pure potential and unstoppable power. I seek to know the heart of harmony that being blessedly connected with the Divine always provides. I find myself tranquil and comforted with the Spiritual Presence that is inside, outside, and everywhere I look. I pray for the same tranquility for my friends, family, community, and world.

I welcome the opportunity for growth through the challenges we face and I embrace with zest and enthusiasm my role! I am thrilled to have this opportunity to support a New World Order full of Peace, Acceptance, Love, Prosperity, and Enlightenment for all of God’s children – that’s every sentient being on this planet!

I recognize and give thanks for the friction and contrast as it comes forth. I realize that our differences, perception shifts, and perceived challenges are critical components to our evolution. I embrace the obstacles as a fun and adventurous opportunity to stretch myself, to show up with even greater intention, awareness, and conviction. I choose to SEE what’s possible and find creative solutions to every quandary. I claim my right as a Divine Creator and therefore I do not flinch at the sight of contrast! Instead I scoff at the notion that I am powerless! I know that, with my connection to Source, Father/Mother/God, all things are possible. And, when I try to take on the world alone, I stop, take a breath and hand all my worries, fears, doubts, and wrong-thinking over to Spirit. It’s God’s job, not mine, to handle those fears and doubts. I am relieved knowing this and take confident, inspired action now.

My compassionate heart flows effortlessly to myself and to others. I SEE the God in YOU and I SEE the God in me. I am reminded that everywhere I look there is the evidence of the Divine Presence. I embrace this awareness and rest on the assurance this brings. The Divine Presence responds faithfully and predictably to my primary thoughts. Therefore, I send forth a clear signal for PEACE and PROSPERITY NOW.

I am grateful that I cease believing in the illusion of Time. I am grateful that time has become to me what it is – nothing more than a way to discuss possibilities. What was possible before is possible now. What I see for the future I claim for my present. I allow time to fold towards me, allowing me to receive the avalanche of abundance that I had projected for my future – now. Time does not exist. Therefore, I am pleasantly energized by the complete fruition of my goals now. Yes, I accept that action is required and that building great things requires stepping stones and building blocks. And, I am grateful that the WAY is revealed and that way is prosperous, creatively resourceful, and delightfully brilliant now.

I seek ways to give back and to support others. I am joyfully delighted to be able to support the reckoning of oneness with all of my fellow conscious creators! And, as we focus on giving, we receive; as we focus on the ESSENCE of what we choose for ourselves by providing that vibrational ESSENCE now, we lift our lives up to the high road of abundance, harmony, grace, and peace. For this I am grateful and blessed.

May those who are struggling, remember their worth, now. May those who are separate from their Unlimited Power, find their way back. May those who need support, compassion, mercy, and a reminder find this path now, and courageously step-up to their inner knowing and calling. May those who need protection while they are remembering their Divinity be instantly protected and securely restored. Whatever their struggle, I pray that the strength and confidence be returned while they find comfort, passion, and resolve in the purposes of the struggle.

I acknowledge there are many times when we are unclear and confused about the path we walk and often the energy to continue eludes us. Never the less, I claim our energetic restoration now. I allow every breath I take to restore my faith, my conviction, my energetic well-being. I am filled with sustenance and I am fueled to achieve great things now. The energy, stamina, and vigor I require fills me like never before. I hold strong to this now and I give thanks. I am energy! I am a powerful creator!

I claim our return to wellness on all levels now. I give thanks for this Truth and I release it into the Law where it is made whole and manifests now.

So be it! Amen.

How to reflect upon your situation and create your own Spiritual Mind Treatment:

1) The first step is to acknowledge the ONE PRESENCE and POWER (whatever you call it – God, Jesus, Buddha, Allah, Spirit, The Universe, etc.) And, acknowledge the its omnipotent omnipresence.

2) Next, claim your DIVINE RIGHT to ALL this Power and Presence. If GOD is LOVE, so are you. If GOD is PROSPERITY, so are you. Claim it. Own it. This is BEING unlimited and is essential to the creative process.

3) Then, Give thanks for what you want, as if you already HAVE it now!

4) Finally, let it go. It is done, therefore, hand it over to your Higher Power and release it. Detach and prepare to receive. Watch for signals and guidance as you will be shown how to take action from here!

I hold the vision of YOU claiming the Divine Health, Wealth, and Harmony that is Already YOURS!
