LOA Raindance: Using Music to Get into the ‘Good Vibrations’ of your dreams.

Q: “I have experienced some positive results from combining different techniques. Such as, stating out loud my desired goal, writing it down, visualizing it as current, and thanking the universe for allowing my goals to manifest.  As a result I have had occurrences such as unexpected money or interesting arrangements happen with no explanation. Even if it isn’t exactly what I need, it helps. It seems to come in pieces. Changing my worries or concerned thoughts to positive ones is a constant challenge. Somewhere along the way I have been able to concentrate on my goal and ignore my anxiety and worry. That is – most of the time. Why am I only receiving nibbles of my desired goal? – Karry P.

A: You’re not alone.  The large majority of my LOA friends and clients survive on the nibbles the Universe flings our way.   Actually, there are times when I’ve noticed that I survive on the nibbles too – especially, when I’m just too busy to be bothered with the habit of intentional attraction.  However, I’ve also learned to pull out the stops when something is really important to me.  I know the difference between passively and lazily applying intentionality and actively and commandingly applying it!

To attract a goal, one must believe it’s possible and sustain a vibrational match to it. It’s one thing to visualize the goal and think we are enacting the law of attraction by ‘seeing’ it and ‘giving thanks’ for it.  However, affirming it is only one small piece of the required equation.

We have to form a pure, positive, belief around the goal – “I am certain that this is mine now.”

We must solidify our belief and integrate a deep knowingness that our source and supply is internal and all-providing.  “My source and supply is internal, all-providing, and ever-flowing.  As a Divine Child of God, it’s impossible for me to have any unfulfilled desires.”

We must fully embrace to the core of our being the Truth that we are unlimited, capable and deserving of enjoying the full feast of our heart’s desires.  “I claim my Divine Inheritance and prepare for my bounty with absolute certainty.”

Unfortunately, we tend to be too busy with life to really integrate the pure-positive-belief that is required for the consistent, sure-fire manifestation of all of our dreams.

Music and the vibrations of freedom, joy, success, and love that music supports us in embodying can make manifesting our dreams faster and more consistent.

Most of the time, our intentional process looks something like this:

“I really want more money in my life.  I have so many bills to pay.  There are so many things I want to do that I can’t without more money.  I think I’ll try to manifest more money. If only I could manifest about $8,500.  That would really help and then I could spend a little on me.  Oh, it would feel great to have a little cushion now and then… to not always feel so under the pressure of needing more and more money.  Universe, I just want enough to get out from under this pressure. Okay, Universe, thank you for the gift of $8,500. I am so happy to now have this money.  Whoo hoo!”

The above conversation simply is NOT enough to manifest it.  Read it and see if this isn’t how you launch your intentions too?!

Let’s break it down to how we normally ‘try’ to use the law of attraction and what we need to be doing instead:

1)      We usually start out by reaching for what we want from a place of ‘what we do not want’.  Like in the example, 90% of our vibration is in the negative, out of a place of desire and longing instead of a place of certainty, confidence, and expectation.

2)      Finally, in the final moments before we move on to the laundry or whatever else we just can’t wait to get to, we throw in a couple of ‘Oh, thank you Universe!”  — As if that were enough to attract it!

I spoke with a friend earlier this week who said, “I’ve been trying to launch living visions using the 68 second process every day but I just find it so hard to stay focused.  It’s so difficult to tame my mind and feel emotionally charged for even a few seconds.”

Test this for yourself.  Time yourself, right now – see if you can think upon one of your goals, in a pure-positive way for 68 seconds right now.

Did your mind wander?  Did you glance back at the clock a ton of times thinking, am I done yet? Did the lack of clarity make the process feel incomplete and ineffective?

This is what happens to most of us. Instead of being haphazard about our intentional attraction work, we must choose to find ways to be more deliberate and systematic in our attraction routines.

How to Manifest Faster using the Rain-dance and EFT:

Do a Rain-dance:

Sing it and Dance it! Yes, you heard me right –Sing it and Dance it! Forget about your need to ‘be cool, calm, and composed!”  If you want to manifest faster, then turn on your mind-movie, or get out your treasure map, crank up your Manifesting Music and dance it until you are so happy that it doesn’t matter whether or not you get it.  Yes, make the process of dancing it so much fun that you are so happy just dancing and acting like a fool that you really can ‘detach’ from the outcome.   After your rain-dance, check-in with your emotions – I challenge you to see if your confidence and joy factor hasn’t increased significantly.  This joy-factor is a critical component to manifesting it!

EFT away the limiting beliefs:

If you are NOT using Emotional Freedom Technique to address those beliefs of ‘I’m not good enough’ and ‘This will never happen for me’ and ‘I’m afraid of being rejected’ etc.  Why not?!?  Ask anyone that is using EFT to improve their lives and they will tell you that it’s the most important thing they’ve ever done to change their physical and emotional experience.  If you KNOW you do not have what you want in life, AND you’ve been trying to visualize and attract it, then rest assured you have limiting beliefs preventing you from believing in your unlimited potential.  Use EFT to get rid of them – it’s free, easy, and assistance abounds online!

There are two elements that we must change if we are to experience greater manifesting success.  First, we want to elevate our consciousness to a vibration of pure belief – love, acceptance, expectation, and gratitude FASTER.  Second, we want to maintain the vibration long enough to both counter act our desirous, longing, and envious lower level thoughts AND commence a vibrant, powerful, and attractive vibration of Joy and certainty in relationship with our goal.

Here’s my current Manifesting Music Playlist… the songs that get me fired up as I do my regular rain-dance to attract my dreams.  Yes, I look like a fool as I’m be-bopping around flinging my arms wildly in full-bodied immersion, dancing my dreams and goals into reality.  So what?!  I am living the life I want to live and I’m grateful that I’m willing to do the ‘work’ (or better said, the ‘play’) to manifest it. You will be too.

We are all God Stuff! So, why do we hand it over to God?!

If God is within and we are all made of the same ‘God Stuff’ then why do we ‘hand it over to God’ when manifesting and creating is really up to us?

Q: I’ve listened to your teachings about how to use the law of attraction intentionally and I’m confused about something – God power vs. our own power.   I’m confused by the statement, “Universe – you handle this.  It’s not my job but yours to handle this problem” because I’ve also heard, “… you are an unlimited child of God with the power to manifest and create anything your heart desires.”  How do I rectify the incongruity I feel about ‘God’s power and responsibility’ and ‘my power and responsibility’?  How do I say one minute, “I hand this over to the Divine” while simultaneously saying, “I am unlimited and I claim my abundance now”?  Can you help me understand this?

A:  Spirit is right here with us, right now. We are indivisible from God. There is no spot where God is not. We eagerly invite discovery, awakening and comprehension as we embark on this journey of discovering our ‘God Stuff’ together, surrounded with God light, filled with God qualities, and entirely nourished by God sustenance.  We are perfect, whole, and complete. So be it. Amen.

God is everywhere.  God’s in me and God’s in you.  God is all there is.

(Psst… if the word God has negative overtones for you, then substitute Life Force, Universal Love, or Universe, etc.  It’s all the same ‘God Stuff’ no matter what you call it. )

When we truly accept this then saying, “I hand this over to you, God” is akin to saying, “I hand this over to my Higher Self where I know it is handled and I can let it go.”

Our Higher Self is that which God IS; and our ego-self is what we experience when we are consumed with life.  There’s nothing wrong with our ego-self – that’s just a part of this physical existence.  However, when our ego-self disconnects from our Higher-Self of pure-potentiality we run around ‘swatting the mosquitoes of life’ agitated that God would invent mosquitoes in the first place

When we truly accept that we are inseparably intertwined with God, we allow ourselves to take our power seriously while acknowledging that our power is greater than our little selves alone.  It is not alone that we create anything – we NEVER manifest without the Universal Life Force – that IS GOD.

“What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us.” – A.W. Tozer in God, The Knowledge of the Holy.

Now, I doubt the author above intended for this quote to be explored by metaphysicians and new thought seekers but it does help me make a point – what we believe about ‘ourselves’ vs. our ‘God Self’ vs. ‘God’ is the most important thing about us.

If we believe that God is separate from us, that God is the benevolent and merciful totalitarian playing Craps with our lives in the Universal Casino then we will have difficulty intentionally manifesting our dreams.  In this scenario, it’s always ‘God’s Will’ when we don’t manifest it and there’s nothing we can do about it.  Disempowered and disconnected we succumb to the confusion of, “I just don’t get it.”

If God is separate from us, then we cannot effectively employ the Law of Attraction.  Intentional Creation does not work for those that believe that God is spinning the roulette wheel to determine which wish He shall grant today; or taking bets on which sinner gets it today or which unsuspecting, loyal, and good person will become the next Job (In the bible Job 1-2, God allows Satan to test Job, a righteous man with the loss of his family, wealth, and health.  Job had to prove his loyalty to God by never faltering.)

Please know I am not mocking other’s beliefs – they get to believe what they choose to believe as it works for them.

And, I choose to believe that GOD is all there is.  This means that no matter how hard I try, I cannot separate myself from that which God is.  And, God IS – Love, Peace, Harmony, Joy, Wisdom, Beauty, Prosperity, and Wholeness.

While I am NOT all that God is, God is all that I am.

à Are you getting what that means?  We are NOT all that God is but God is ALL that we are.

God is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient.   God is immutable, transcendent and beyond our understanding.

We, on the other hand, are not omnipresent as we have chosen to be singularly focused inside our physical bodies.   We are not immutable but constantly changing.  We are not transcendent but exist as an integral part of our creations.

However, we do have a direct line to the Presence within that is ALWAYS God and thus handling our affairs.

When we say, “God – this is your job.  Handle my pain, my problems, and my dreams.”  We are saying “I understand that GOD is all there is and thus I transfer my dreams over to the Divine Within where I know it is handled.  For GOD is omnipotent and all powerful, and God is within me, thus I have direct access to the unlimited nature of God.  I activate this nature now by affirming and understanding the Divine Within, now.”

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

- Ephisians 4:6, New American Standard Bible

If we believe that God is NOT separate from us then God must be exactly where we are.  And, all the stuff of God must be all that we are.

“God is All. There is only One Power, Intelligence and Consciousness in the Universe, only One Presence. Now, that One Presence cannot change. There is nothing for It to change into but Itself. It is Changeless and It is My Life now. It is in me now.” Claim that no form of race-suggestion, belief in limitation, subjective idea of limitation, thought of Karma, fatalism, theology or hell, horoscope, or any such beliefs have power. Accept none of them. If you have ever believed in them; if you have ever believed that the stars govern you, or that your environment governs you, or that your opportunities govern you, if you have ever been led to believe by any one that any of these things govern you, recognize that it is a hypnotic condition into which you have fallen, and deny every one of them, until there is no longer anything in you that believes in them.” – The Science of Mind by Ernest Holmes

The key to understanding this idea is to constantly remind yourself through meditating and repeating the above proclamation repeatedly – every day. This transforms our ‘cloudy thinking’ from disconnection to enlightenment; from separation to atonement.

By renewing your mind and fully understanding that YOU are not separate from God and that YOU as your Higher Self is that which God is, you align with the essence of your True Self.  Your True Self is automatically aligned with the God Stuff that you desire (Love, Peace, Prosperity, Wholeness, etc.)

As conscious creators it is up to us to use this knowledge in a way that is aligned with our Greatness – the Divine within that is always ‘the stuff of God’.  Embracing this Truth will support you in manifesting your dreams as it is impossible for you to accept your God-Self and have ANY wants, needs, or desires.
