We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Together, as Conscious Leaders guided by the Divine, we have the Mind Power necessary to co-create a sustainable, harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous world.  And, we can do this while also attracting and creating a passionate, loving, rich, healthy life with all of our personal dreams fulfilled.

global-unity-and-transformation-our-responsibility-for-change

Category: Conscious Evolution,global transformation,law of attraction — Anisa @ 11:26 am

There’s a very important conversation that I’d like to have with you, actually need to have.  Possibly, the most important conversation I’ve ever had.  Friends, clients, and even strangers are suddenly speaking to me about it, even before I say a word – IT’S what is on their mind too.

A spiritual transformation, a sort of unified awakening is afoot. Do you sense it? This feeling has been in the pit of my stomach traversing through my core like a herd of buffalo seeking water but running in circles, pulled in too many directions to go anywhere.

Many of us are caught in an evolutionary crossroads; on the surface it seems as though we must choose between our normal lives with our desires for greater success and fulfillment and this seemingly contradictory inner stirring to DO something; do something important to make a difference, to correct the wrongs of the world; to ‘save’ our future and our planet, so to speak.

Burning questions flame our uncertainty:

  • Is it right to be pursuing wealth when there’s so much trouble in the world?
  • Is it right to want nice things, luxuries, when so many are drowning in poverty, hunger, and illness?
  • How can I make a difference, make any kind of impact when the problems are so huge, so insurmountable?
  • How can we help foreigners when we have so many that are homeless, hungry, unemployed, and physically or mentally disabled right here?

Ennui quietly slithers in and we welcome it because it feels better than despair or anxiety.   Then, the next morning or the next ring of our cell phone, we snap back and return to our daily responsibilities, seeking refuge from angst in the structure of our normal pursuits.

It’s easy to slip into indolence considering the challenges that our planet and people are going through – climate change, biodiversity loss, repression, suppression, fanaticism, poverty, injustice, greed, and then to watch the insufferable horrors that the Haiti earthquake and decades of disaster and unrest have caused that tiny island, etc., etc., etc.

I’ve contributed what I feel is a significant amount but no matter how much I give it’s not ‘enough’ and I search for a way to reconcile this feeling of futility.  It feels as though I shouldn’t go on frivolously attending to my ‘shopping list’ and my ‘must do this today list’ when so much needs to be done to make a difference, right now.  And, at the same time, I’m clear that my primary responsibility is to provide for my family and children.

The conversation that stokes this debate is rising to the surface of many, perhaps you too feel inspired and energized about global transformation one moment and hopeless the next.

Sometimes, it feels like I must scream from the top of every mountain and every tall building – “Wake up!  We need to do this together!  Everybody, please help! Wake up! ”

These chaotic feelings are followed by dismissal – if I can’t do anything about it, I better just put my head down and barrel through my life.  Maybe it’s better to act oblivious, like so many of those around me.

For a moment, I actually weigh my convictions and consider what an acquaintance said, “Why are you sending money?  It’s not your place to help them.  Help your own.”

I react indignantly to the ignorance and my spiritual foundation resurfaces.  I am steadfast in my conviction, ‘they are my own’.  Neither Geographical proximity nor unfamiliarity has a bearing on the fact that they are my brothers and sisters.

These reminders allow me to SNAP OUT OF IT and remember the Universal Truths that I’ve spent my entire adult life seeking to understand and to know:

We are powerful beyond measure.  We are Divine Children of an all-providing Mother/Father/God.  All that God IS, is Within waiting for our commands.  We are inseparably intertwined with God and our fellow beings.  WE are ONE. With loving acceptance, the source of all that we desire, including world peace, justice, humanism, the eradication of poverty and a return to wholeness for our planet is absolutely and unequivocally possible through the power of this Inner Source.  Our ONLY responsibility is to remember this Truth, seek to understand that this Kingdom of Heaven, that we desire, is within and naturally follow the Divine Inspiration that comes forth from this place of positive awareness.   Divine Right Action and thus Intentional Evolution will be the path we automatically follow when we align with this Truth.

Ahh…. Finally, a better feeling place!

Now, forgive me for not assuming that better feeling place right out of the gate!!   And, let me explain why.

I have found that when my spiritual friends speak of their inner turmoil and doubts about this incredible time on our planet and I immediately attempt to redirect the conversation to ‘aligned Truth’, I neglect one crucial step that prevents an accord:  rapport!

“Rapport is one of the most important features or characteristics of unconscious human interaction. It is commonality of perspective: being “in sync” with, or being “on the same wavelength” as the person with whom you are talking.”  – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapport

You see, the path of transformation requires a leap of faith but most of us do not make that leap in a single bound!!!   There’s still a bridge to cross from ‘where we are’ to ‘where we need to be’.  Thus, without FIRST understanding that everyone wants and needs to feel heard and understood before they can consider exalted Truth, we cannot influence our friends and loved ones onto the path of Global Unity and Conscious Change.

To cross this bridge, we must first seek to express empathy, compassion, and understanding for where we are and where our brothers/sisters are today; and, that our mutual or distinct ‘locations’ are perfect and divinely ordered, for now.

What is this transformational path?  What does Global Unity and Conscious Change actually mean?

(I look forward to engaging this conversation more fully in upcoming posts.  And, I am clear that I do not have all the answers and will need your help, your insights, your prayers and your oppositional views to help us build this bridge.  Please help me by sharing your insights on my blog link below.)

This is a fantastically inspiring conversation, worthy of delving more deeply and exploring more fully.  We have chosen to live on this planet at a time of great importance and opportunity.  Never before, to our knowledge, have so many light-workers been conscious and ready all at the same time for a global transformation!

While there is much to do to intentionally evolve, I’d like to first start with what this transformation does NOT include:

For some, it may mean joining the Peace Corps but for most it does not.

For some, it may mean forsaking all worldly possessions and moving permanently to an Ashram, but for most it does not.

For some, it may mean pitching a tent at the White House gates waving a sign, “Hunger Strike for World Peace” but for most it does not.

For most of us, the awakened and those that are awakening, it means living more CONGRUENTLY and CONSCIOUSLY.

For those seeking love, it means living more loving in all aspects of your life.

For those seeking prosperity, it means living more generously in all aspects of your life.

For those seeking health, it means making choices that support the health of our planet as well.

For those seeking peace, it means living more peacefully.

For those seeking success, it means making choices that uplift others into greater success by finding win-win-win scenarios.

Abraham, with Jerry and Esther Hicks, has said (I paraphrase a bit) “You cannot get poor enough to help others find abundance.  You cannot get sick enough to help others heal. You cannot get lonely enough to help others find love.”

Our first and foremost responsibility is to begin today to make choices that are aligned with Personal Healing and thus Global Healing.

When you feel misaligned and doubt or ennui tries to creep into your JOY, first seek to empathize with the very rational and understandable thoughts and feelings you are currently experiencing and know you are not alone.

Then, refuse to succumb to the ‘illusion’ of hopelessness.  Rebuke the idea that the problems are too huge to do anything about while seeking to build rapport without losing your Truth with those that are capable of helping us to make a difference.

We can do this together AND when we pray and envision the WORLD HEALING we desire, we in fact already are!

Bless this time of global awakening and rejoice in the fact that the REASON we were born is upon us.  We can make this the greatest moment in history.  Shall we hold that vision together, from this point forward?

Thank you for joining in this prayer with me.

With much love and light

Anisa Aven

Goal Setting: How to chunk it down and reverse engineer it

Category: law of attraction,Videos — Anisa @ 3:57 pm

- Reverse engineering (how to identify the steps and why it’s important)
- More about those 10,000 seeds and being willing to do what must be done
- Breaking it down into ‘one bite at a time’ and focusing on each step and milestone instead of ONLY the end result
- Yes, focus on the end result but take inspired action on the milestones along the way

I Do What Must be Done with Zest and Enthusiasm!

Quick Manifesting Morsel with Anisa Aven

I Do What Must be Done with Zest and Enthusiasm!!!! (Is this your battle cry? Then read on to find out why it should be.)

It takes 10,000 acorns to produce just three Oak trees.

Now, ask yourself, is that Oak tree exhausted, frustrated,

and weakened because it had to spawn 10,000 seeds before

duplicating itself into another masterpiece?

This is what nature expects regarding creation and

procreation. Think about it – some frogs lay as many as

30,000 eggs to ensure its species. And, to ensure our own

species a healthy man’s sperm count is upwards of 20 million

per milliliter. This means that every successful

spermatozoon fought off somewhere between 90 million and 400

million other eager applicants to become the triumphant one!

Now, what would happen if that Oak Tree just decided,

“10,000 acorns?!? Forget it! That’s just too much effort?”

Our world would obviously be void of Oak Trees, frogs and

OHHHH…babies.

If the Oak tree did give up, it’s possible that it might

briefly enjoy the life of indolent ease. However,

eventually it would realize that it was missing something

critical; it would realize that its heart was void of

purpose. Apathy would ensue and finally death, as death

stands at the doorway of apathy. After all, if it wasn’t

meant to plant seeds, propagate, and prosper, the swelling question

becomes, “why do I bother to exist at all?”

Fortunately for those who have ever climbed a grand Oak or

taken a nap under one’s majestic, protective shade, the Oak

tree doesn’t look at those 9,997 acorns as failures, or too

much effort!

The credo of ‘I do what must be done – because that’s justoccurs naturally in the plant and animal kingdom.

what I do’

I ask, in the spirit of exploring the essential elements of

intentional creation, what if we, the brain-enamored,

bipedal mammals could choose this attitude?

What if instead of saying, “But, I don’t want to put forth 10,000 acorns

before I get a tree!!!” We said, “I am willing to put forth

whatever effort is required, even if it’s 10,000 or more!”

An Oak tree doesn’t say, “This is just too much effort;

everything I do requires too much work and 10,000 acorns is

just too long to wait. Nothing I ever do comes easy or works

out for me.”

No, an acorn becomes an Oak tree because that’s what it

seeks to do. An Oak tree spawns 10,000 acorns if that’s what

it takes to propagate because that’s what it does. It

doesn’t fight it. It doesn’t struggle against it. It just

does what it does. What if YOU could ‘just’ do what you must

do with zest and enthusiasm instead of begrudgingly?

If, as a conscious creator, we could look at our desires and

what we want out of life; look at our goals, and just do

what must be done with a similar attitude, then the natural

consequence would be our own majestic manifestations of

magnificent proportions.

Oh, and the splendid byproduct of such an attitude would be

more joy, fulfillment, peace, prosperity, and flow in the

process! As Abraham (through Jerry and Esther Hicks) calls

it, this is what ‘Getting into the Vortex’ really means.

We must remember that it’s the resistance to ‘hard work’

that makes work hard.

It’s the resistance to ‘taking too much time’ that makes

time stand still.

It’s the resistance to ‘effort’ that makes effort

exhausting.

When we are in the vortex, we ‘whistle while we work.’ We

put our heads down, pull up our bootstraps when necessary

and JUST DO WHAT MUST BE DONE with enthusiasm.

And, remember, as conscious creators, ALL you want to do is stay That’s the entire purpose of your every day

in that vortex.

intention – to BE in the vortex, the flow, the conscious

connection and awareness of Spirit Within as your one and

only source and supply.

If instead of the attitude, “this is hard; this takes too

much effort; this is too much of a struggle;’ you just put

out the acorns knowing that one of them, two of them, three

of them will eventually take off and take off big; become

that magnificent Oak tree that you really desire then your

big dreams as well as little desires would reliably

manifest.

If you seek to utilize the power of the law of attraction to

create magnificent success, I suggest you first seek to

create an attitude of persistence, commitment, resilience,

and most importantly a willingness to do what must be done

with ZEST and ENTHUSIASM! That’s actually one of my favorite

affirmations from Catherine Ponder’s book, The Dynamic Laws

of Prosperity: “I do what must be done with zest and

enthusiasm.”

When I was about seven months pregnant with my daughter,

Ashlyn, I was walking out of the gym when I saw shattered glass all over the ground. I remember thinking,

“Oh my! Someone broke something.” Well, I was right. What

they broke was my car window to steal my purse and

briefcase! Well, I can honestly remember thinking, “Ahh,

bummer. And oh well, let me just clean it up and move

along.” Then, I realized that in addition to my wallet,

money, and credit cards they had my Catherine Ponder book!

That’s when I got mad! You see, it was perfectly

highlighted, dog-eared, and every magical affirmation,

quote, and meaningful theory was pulled forth for me in my

margined shorthand notes.

Her simple affirmation, “I do what must be done with zest

and enthusiasm!” changed my entire outlook on ‘work’ and

‘getting ahead’ and ‘effort’. This was a new concept for me.

It’s safe to say that I’ve always been goal oriented and a

go-for-your-dreams kind of gal. However, I never did it with

zest and enthusiasm?!?! In fact, the ‘harder’ it was the

better my story. You know what I mean ‘my story’, right?!?

When I moved to California, fresh out of high school, barely

18, with no money, no place to live, no job, no relatives,

no car and only one friend, it was indeed ‘very hard.’ I can

remember eating peanut butter and crackers for -forever! I

walked to job interview after job interview to get a job. I

remember walking more than 8 hours one day just filling out

job applications!

And, hey – it’s a good story now. I get to share with my

children my own version of, “I walked 5 miles to school

every day in freezing snow, barefoot and uphill – both

ways.”

However, I didn’t do it with any kind of ‘zest and

enthusiasm’. In fact, I bet that had I come from a place of

zest, enthusiasm, willingness, openness, optimism and

cheerfulness, I would NOT have had to eat peanut butter

nearly as long and I bet someone would have hired me sooner!

That’s how the law of attraction works. I knew I would

eventually knock on the right door at the right time to get

a job, but I made it more difficult with my resistance to

just being at peace with the process. Maybe it’s because I

wanted the ‘story’, or maybe it’s because I thought ‘life’s

supposed to be hard’, or ‘I’m not worthy of having it be

easy’. Or, maybe, it was hard because I fought what needed

to be done so fiercely.

So, how do YOU allow yourself to relax comfortably into the

10,000 seeds that must be planted?

You gain power and peace, by focusing on today’s seed and

paying attention to this moment, living in the now with zest

and enthusiasm.

Remember the allegory:

Question: How do you eat an Elephant? Answer: One bite at a

time.

By breaking down our goals into small, action oriented steps

we structure our pathway to success. This one simple mindset

(breaking big tasks down into little tasks) is recognized as

the secret to their success for many a millionaire &

billionaire.

For conscious creators who understand the concept of one

bite at a time add to this the intention: “One delicious

bite at a time” and you’ll suddenly feel more empowered,

energized, focused, and steadfast in the obtainment of your

goal.

Use the law of attraction to attract a mindset of, “I am

willing to do what must be done with Zest & Enthusiasm” and

refuse to entertain any longer the idea that you’ve been

dealt a tough hand that requires too much effort!

Use the power of your mind (& EFT!) to override any resistance to

doing what must be done and instead view the 10,000 seeds

that you must plant as simply, “what I do” and what you do

will be successful.
