The Power of I WILL, I WON’T and I WANT.

How do we change our realities to realize our highest potential?

The laws of attraction stipulate we can manifest our own future. If we can imagine it and trust in the unlimited Presence of God within to fulfill it.

Those who are ready to tap into their pure potentiality are often dismissed by those not as enlightened. We’re told that we’re “dreamers” or that our heads are “in the clouds.” We’re often guided by well-intentioned parents or teachers or other respected authority figures to endeavors that are more “realistic.” Now, for most, I believe this is not necessarily a bad thing – to be more realistic. I believe for most, intentionally applying the law of attraction requires far too much discipline and focus and thus will never be the awesome partner in co-creation they want it to be. In these situations, when a person refuses to put in the time and energy required to intentionally direct the amazing Universal Laws, it’s better to toe the line and to get their head out of the clouds. For some, it’s better to experience an ordinary amount of pain and pleasure than to experience fantastical dreams followed by devastating disappointment when their dreams never manifest. And, without focus and faith, energy and emotion, direction and detachment, those big, audacious, fantastical dreams will not manifest.

This is not to say that a person cannot manifest a happy life without focus, they can. In fact, it’s safe to say that even those in the most dire circumstances experience moments of joy and happiness. But, when it comes to the BIG dreams – the Gold medal, the Million bucks, the home in paradise, the fairy-tale romance, the super-fit, healthy body, a meaningful, passionately lived life that makes a profound difference… these dreams require attention.

Hang with me a little longer… I’m almost done raining on our Manifesting parade. I promise there’s a reason I’m stating the negative factors first!

Sadly, even if we focus, we may still have the negativity of others influencing our capacity to create our dreams. And, if we do not also continue to work on our personal confidence and inner self-esteem, our inner dialogue can and will change from day to day, month to month, or year to year, reverting back to our previous doubts and muddled intentions and beliefs.

Finally, it’s our lovely human nature to love that status-quo. We are programmed to play it safe, stick to what we know and perpetuate our current habits as a means of avoiding the unknown. As the saying goes, “Better the devil you know than the devil you don’t.” Thus we are hardwired to procrastinate and NOT do what must be done. Often, as the rules of chemicalization instruct the game – we will create an emergency before we finally get down to business and do what’s necessary to consciously create a solution.

There are three decisions of active willpower that must go along with conscious creation: I will, I won’t and I want. It’s impossible to intentionally manifest with any level of certainty without these.

Let’s take a look at these three decisions:

I WILL:

  • I WILL actively expect good things to happen.
  • I WILL feel NOW what I expect to feel once my dream has manifested.
  • I WILL pay attention to my feelings in the moment.
  • I WILL redirect any feelings of negativity immediately to thoughts that are more aligned such as faith and allowance.
  • I WILL choose to trust that the Universe is working on it, no matter what the evidence.
  • I WILL actively engage in the activity of attraction with focus, affirmations, visualizations and intentional thoughts of alignment.
  • I WILL actively pursue my goal with inspired actions in a committed, resilient, and tenacious manner.
  • I WILL be courageous and bold in the pursuit of my dreams.
  • I WILL push-through any fear and do what must be done, inspite of any fear.
  • I WILL listen to the still, small voice within.
  • I WILL respond to my positive intuition and act in an inspired, aligned way.
  • I WILL pay attention and be deliberate before an emergency manifests.
  • I WILL remember that I am a Divine Child of God with unlimited potential.
  • I WILL detach from the outcome.
  • I WILL move in the direction of my dreams each and every day, relentlessly.
  • I WILL remember what I want and do whatever is required to remind myself each and every day.

I WON’T:

  • I WON’T criticize myself or anyone else.
  • I WON’T make excuses for why I do not have it yet.
  • I WON’T blame anyone or any circumstance for my dream being fulfilled or not.
  • I WON’t tolerate self-doubts, self-criticism, or self-degradation.
  • I WON’T tolerate fear.
  • I WON’T ever give up.
  • I WON’T put my faith in the opinions and/or doubts of others.
  • I WON’T be lazy in the pursuit of my dream.
  • I WON’T do nothing or very little and then wonder why it’s not manifesting.

Now, here’s the trickster of the three decisions – “I WANT”. Wanting yields a negative vibration! When we want, we send out a signal that is actually counter-active to our dream. In other words, if we just put out thoughts like, “I want to be rich!” The vibration of those words are aligned with lack, such as “I desire this because I don’t have it.” Thus, I WANT vibrates in the negative. However, like a baby that cannot be born without the pains associated with pregnancy and birth, a dream cannot be born without the process of clarity through desire.

Abraham, of Abraham-Hicks.com, would say, “That which is like unto itself is drawn. Vibrations are always matched. So, as you experience the contrast which inspires the new desire, this new desire, whether it is a strong one or a soft one, is summoning unto itself proportionately. And as it summons, it is always answered. It is the basis of our Universe: When it is asked, it is always given. Humans think they are asking with their words, or even with their action, and sometimes you are, but the Universe is not responding to your words or your action. The Universe is responding to your vibrational calling. “-— Abraham

Thus, the I WANT decision must always return to what we really, really want. And, what we really, really want is ALWAYS the higher level emotions that we believe our dream or desire will give to us that we do not now have or that we want more of.

I WANT:

  • I WANT to feel free, happy, and prosperous.
  • I WANT to be clear and connected to the TRUTH that I am an unlimited Child of an all-providing Mother, Father, God.
  • I WANT clarity.
  • I WANT happiness.
  • I WANT security.
  • I WANT joy.
  • I WANT health and wholeness.
  • I WANT beauty.
  • I WANT prosperity.
  • I WANT love.
  • I WANT success.

By leveraging this decision, to return to the idea and feelings of what we really, really want, then every time you get disconnected or have doubts about your dream manifesting, you allow yourself to detach from outcome and instead focus on the feeling of joy, prosperity, love, etc. that you really want instead. This is a key to being a powerful creator!

Step 1: What do I want? – What experience? What is the essence? What will
this give me that I don’t now have? What will it look, feel, sound, taste
like? What is the ideal scenario? What evidence am I looking for? What
will this give me that I want more of?

Step 2: Do I feel absolute certainty? If Yes, CELEBRATE! If no, apply law
of detachment (step 3)

Step 3: Define Resistance – detach from the outcome and tap it out (EFT)
Even though I may never have…. I forgive myself. Even though I feel…
I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though my worst
fears may come to pass… I completely trust and accept the Divine Order.
Even though I may always be/experience… I deeply and completely love
and accept myself. Continue until you feel total neutrality.

Step 4: Refocus Intention and Attention Walk up the vibrational scale to
peace and certainty I intend… I am bold… I am courageous… I
courageously choose to do what needs to be done… I am… willing…
hopeful…optimisic… I revel in delight… I am…
complete…serenity…one…

Step 5: Yes! Be Grateful Now Experience pure certainty and gratitude
intentionally. Close your eyes and really feel what certainty feels like
in regards to your goal. Now, appreciate and revel in it’s beautiful
manifestation,as if it has already occurred.

Tap Your Way to a Better Feeling Place, if you REALLY want to create something better!

Q: Hi Anisa,

This is difficult to share.  But, here goes, because I need help and really want to change.  I hate confrontation.  I’ve figured out (through a lot of tough self-reflection), I either withdraw or don’t speak to those who upset me – thereby punishing them by pushing them away passive-agressively.  Or, I end up pushing them away with my anger.  For example, I explode in a mean rage attacking their character with harsh words like “Are you really that stupid?”   I’ve been like this for as long as I can remember and I realize that to some extend it’s served me.  I’m viewed as a tough, independent and self-reliant woman.  And, I also have my good traits and have many friends and family members that really love me.  However, I’ve come to realize that my anger and volatility along with the way I allow people to ‘get under my skin’ has created illness and isolation.  I don’t want to push people away.  I don’t want to hurt the ones I love.  And, I don’t want to be sick!  I don’t want to be this angry.  But, HOW do I get rid of something that’s been with me for so long?  I can see myself about to withdraw or explode but even as I’m aware of my desire to change, I can’t stop the train-wreck from happening.  It’s a default response that seems to have more power over me than my own mind has to make a better choice!

What do I do to change this?  (Yours truly, anonymous.)

A:  Accept your unlimitedness and you automatically become a vibrational match to your desire.

Ideally, you could just jump to accepting your Divinity and that would be that!  You could just say, “I accept the truth that I am a Divine Child of God.  So Be it!” And, it would be SO for you and all your dreams and the changes you desire, would materialize.

When we really accept our Divinity – that we are Divine Children of an all-providing, all-protecting, ever-flowing life-force of unlimited design and potential, then there’s nothing to ever fear, doubt, resent or defend.  Our unlimited nature never sees other’s mistakes as mistakes but as Divine fellow humans doing their very best worthy of love and compassion simply because they are human.  Our unlimited nature never needs to isolate or withdraw because there’s nothing to fear and nothing we need to protect.  Our unlimited nature is all-loving both inwardly and outwardly.  As we accept this Truth we become ONE with the essence of all that is GRACE and all that is LOVE.

Sounds simple enough?!?!

Not so much, for most of us.  If you’ve been living your life in negative self- talk and free-wheeling emotional swings of anger, fear, doubt, and shame then that jump to “I accept my oneness with the Divine” is more like a Grand Canyon leap!

If you know that you should believe in your inherent  Divinity but can’t quite get there, then stop trying to jump across the Grand Canyon and instead walk up the vibrational scale (from neg-attractive emotions to pos-attractive emotions) using your words, your voice and the power of your mind.

How do you walk yourself up the scale?  Here’s an example, which I respectfully share anonymously, using a situation that a fellow law of attraction student experienced.

“While I prefer not to emanate the energy of desperation, I am in tears as I type.  I just received some very disturbing news.  The insurance company (work comp) pushed for my doctors to close my case!  My case manager, even found it shocking and appalling.  It has brought up great fear about my future well-being, physical condition and ability to provide for my family as a single mom with no family, etc. (Intellectually, I get that all is well, emotionally I am melting down!)”

Our work as students of the law of attraction is to re-focus our energy and emotions so that the vibrations of positive trust, confidence, love, and peace are attracting what we want.  Using the above example, here’s an illustration of how to intentionally climb the scale.

(Use Dr. David Hawkin’s Map of Consciousness as a guide and assume you have ALL of the lower level emotions and walk yourself up to the higher emotions.)

Descending Consciousness:

According to the map, at the bottom of the consciousness rung is Shame (20), then Guilt (30), then Apathy (50), then Grief (75), then Fear (100), then Desire (125), then Anger (150)and finally Pride (175).

Ascending Consciousness:

Courage (200) is the first ascending emotion, followed by neutrality (250), then willingness (310), acceptance (350), reason (400), love (500), joy (540), peace (600) and then enlightenment (700­1000).

Before we can get to our destination, we need to know where we are on the map.

First, figure out where you are by asking:

  1. What am I feeling? = with the map above, pin point where you are.
    1. For example, if you feel shameful, then everything to the left (Grief through Enlightenment) requires processing, neutralizing, and release.
  2. What’s the thought that is creating this feeling?
    1. Identify the actual thought that is creating the sad, fearful, shameful, etc. emotion.   Note: There’s always a negative thought under each negative emotion.  You will never have a negative emotion without a corresponding thought. Thus, sometimes you have to dig until you find it.

Using our example, the essence might be summed up in the underlying thoughts, “I will not be able to support my children.  I will not be able to feed them and take care of them.”  This energy of desperation is terribly creative and is going forth to create the very opposite of what she really wants, and she knows it.   Thus, the even more desperate feeling that she MUST stop the meltdown!

Choose the lowest or most negatively-attractive emotion and corresponding thoughts first, in this case, starting with apathy, simply acknowledge the thoughts and feelings by speaking them aloud (while tapping)

Then, take the route to the next more positive ’emotional city’ on the map.  For example, if you start with “I feel helpless and hopeless.  I can’t even get myself out of bed because there’s nothing more I can do.”   Using emotional freedom technique tap those very words.  Do an entire round on “helpless, hopeless, apathetic” and “I still choose to love and accept myself.”

If you are unfamiliar with EFT, please see my tutorial here.  It explains why we focus on the negative in an effort to call a spade a spade then release it as required.

The set-up:

Even though I feel helpless and hopeless, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I cannot get out of bed because I feel so powerless, I still choose to love and forgive myself.

Even though I am desperate and apathetic all at once, I fully love and embrace myself, anyway!

The Tapping:

Inner Eye: I’m hopeless

Outer Eye: I’m helpless

Under Eye: This powerlessness

Beneath Nose: This apathy that I feel

Chin: This hopelessness, helplessness, and apathy is overwhelming

Collarbone: I hate feeling so depressed and apathetic

Grab your wrist, take a deep and intentional breath – inhale and push the breath out, exhale.

While holding your wrist say:  HOPE

Now tap in a round of positive:

Inner Eye: I’m willing to be willing to be hopeful

Outer Eye: I’m willing to be courageous and know I can handle whatever comes my way

Under Eye: I’m willing to find another way

Beneath Nose: I’m willing to let my fears go, and trust in the process

Chin: I’m willing to take care of myself and hand my troubles over to the Divine

Collarbone: I’m willing to forgive

Grab your wrist, take a deep and intentional breath – inhale and push the breath out, exhale.

While holding your wrist say:  PEACE

TAP through ALL the negative emotions – Apathy, then Grief, Sadness, Fear, Desire, Anger, then Pride and never stop before you have arrived at courage.  Ideally, continue until you reach bliss, but never stop until you’ve at least hit courage.

Next, tap in the positive!

Inner Eye: I am courageous

Outer Eye: I accept that I am a Divine Child of God and therefore I am unlimited

Under Eye: I accept that the Universe has my back and therefore there’s something here that’s absolutely in my and my family’s best interest

Beneath Nose: I am a powerful creator – therefore it only stands to reason that I am creating something positive and eve better now

Chin: I love myself enough to forgive this situation and all parties involved

Collarbone: I choose to feel hopeful and optimistic

Grab your wrist, take a deep and intentional breath – inhale and push the breath out, exhale.

While holding your wrist say:  HOPE, PEACE, FAITH

You must continue UP the vibrational scale until you reach a destination that at bare minimum feels more peacefully detached (NOT apathetic, but PEACEFUL). Optimally, you will continue until you reach a place of absolute certainty and can honestly say, “This too shall pass” and “It’s all good, all the time.”

Now, let me give you an example of how you would do this work with ongoing anger and resentment that’s creating illness.   Note: My example will start with shame, but you must proceed through courage on the vibrational scale.  Do not stop until you are at least feeling courageous enough to trust the process and trust that you have the capacity within to make the change.

+++EFT example round:

Shame:

Even though, I am so incredibly ashamed at my behavior.  I am ashamed that I cannot control my emotions; that I push people away and that I’ve made myself sick.  Nevertheless, I love and accept myself anyway!

Even though, I’m ashamed that I can’t just snap my fingers and forgive, be kind, and flow love, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Even though, I am ashamed that I make things so difficult with my anger and my pride and I have even manifested illness because I let people get under my skin, when I know I shouldn’t.  Never the less, I choose to love, accept, and forgive myself now.

Tapping on shame:

Inner Eye: This horrible shame that I feel.

Outer Eye: I am so ashamed at my emotional immaturity

Under Eye: I am volatile and angry and too immature to change it, how shameful!

Beneath Nose: I can’t even look at myself, I’m so ashamed at who I’ve become.

Chin: I have so much shame, I don’t know what to do about this.

Collarbone: I’m ashamed that I don’t know whether or not I can change or heal, or make it up to the people I hurt.

Grab your wrist, take a deep and intentional breath – inhale and push the breath out, exhale.

While holding your wrist say:  LOVE

Tapping in the Positive:

Inner Eye: I am willing to forgive myself.

Outer Eye: I am willing to make peace with my past.

Under Eye: I am willing to ask for forgiveness.

Beneath Nose: I am willing to trust that I can change, grow, love and heal.

Chin: I am willing to love and accept myself.

Collarbone: I am willing to forgive myself – I really was doing the best I could at the time and now I’m willing to forgive myself, let it go and I choose to be compassionate.

Grab your wrist, take a deep breath and as you exhale intentionally, say: Compassion

I believe that we (including myself) receive some self- righteous or protective emotional pay-off for jeopardizing our happiness with habitual negative thoughts. Whether it’s a need to be right, a desire to avoid the pain of change, a desire for attention or any other counter-productive, fear-based desire (also known as a secondary gain), we must be willing to release the emotional pay-off in order to get to the peaceful, prosperous, and loving destination that we truly desire.   (Emotional Freedom Technique works wonders on these self-sabotaging needs.)

By using this technique regularly, you’ll find that overall your life is simply happier, easier, more prosperous and peaceful.  From this place of positive vibes, you are certain to attract more of the things you really want.

By loving ourselves and empowering today’s children, we can achieve world peace. There are ways to do this that I have outlined in this book. I will show you how to step into the shoes of a child so you may see through their eyes . . . and in doing so, a new world will be revealed to you. Let go of what you thought the world is. Today is a new day. Today is your call to action.

Take my hand. I will guide you into a new world where respect is common and human dignity is well known, suffering ceases and happiness is within every breath you take. I am here for you. If you have questions call on me. I will answer. If you have despair I will fill your heart with love. When you are angry I will soothe your tone . . . and if you doubt I will bring you into strength. I am the Source of All Divinity—Creator of the known Universe—God. I am with you. I have never left and I will always be here. Suffering is a choice. Something you can choose to end this moment.

If you believe me when I say you are ready . . . then step forward and let us begin.

Humanity is faced with a moral choice to unify. This paramount decision affects you and your descendants, though it also decides your soul’s ability to return and live future lifetimes on Earth. Look at your current planetary situation with new eyes and save the world for your children.

Deciding to heal the planet for your children gives you an opportunity to choose life, individually and collectively. It is based on the notion that life is not truly lived alone. Life is meant to be lived with compassion for every living being, as well as with foresight into the centuries to come. No soul incarnate or disincarnate innately desires disharmony, imbalance or isolation.

Like the dinosaurs existence that came to an end, humanities survival is not guaranteed. Unlike the dinosaurs humanity is co-creating its demise through negligence and arrogance. Just as the wind blows slightly before a hurricane or the water recedes into the ocean just before a tsunami, detrimental effects to the planet are being felt and seen, before their full impact is apparent, as a result of mankind’s actions.

Join together with your fellow man, woman and child to celebrate this amazing opportunity to shift your perspective, in order that the human species survives, children develop with open hearts and minds, and your soul has a home to come back to.

Chapter 2

CHILDREN ARE THE FIRST PRIORITY

Children are the first priority as they will build any hope of your soul returning to this planet again. The fate of the world lies in the hands of today’s children who will be the leaders and parents of tomorrow. The youth exemplify qualities adults have lost like innocence, vulnerability and unconditional acceptance. They offer innate, simplified wisdom for new ways to live as a unified world. So thank them for their kindness in offering this world assistance. Please bless them instead of resenting and blaspheming them as people have done. Make your first priority to empower children. As a result, you will create harmony within yourself and the world may experience peace in one generation. I will be your guide and this book will be your instruction manual for how to do it.

Most people’s choices about children have been unevolved at best. The choices have taken them away from their true spiritual essence and replaced it with a methodical, logical set of doctrine that has intellectualized living instead of offering it as a place of beingness. Children’s inborn spiritual essence must be nurtured through education, media, religion and family, as well as the culture in which they are raised. Everything matters when a child’s highest benefit is the priority.

By understanding how to create harmony with children, you embark on a journey that will show you how to love and accept yourself. You will grow in unimaginable ways.

Are you ready to transform your life?

Let’s get started.

Children have learned to hide from their emotions and shun their feelings. They have also learned to turn away from certain thoughts and embrace others; whereas they must be offered a solution that teaches them how to embrace all thoughts, feelings and emotions. The emotional and mental layers of your personality are currents of energy designed to be moving continually. When you suppress or stop the flow of them you hurt yourself. When you attempt to do this to children it can hurt them. Self-expression is imperative to maintain health and well-being.

Remember that you are a servant to your soul and not a servant to this planet. Children are servants to their souls and not servants to you or this world. Each soul has a life purpose and must be true to that purpose. Learn to serve your soul’s purpose. Children will follow your example and do the same. This service stems from unifying your soul and mind/body or spiritual existence and physical existence. Through first serving your soul and its purpose, you may then realize a greater service under God.

Free children from the relationship they have with this world that has been instituted as a normal state of being. It is not normal. Actually the relationship children have with this world is scary for them.

  • What were your challenges in school?
  • Did you feel pressured to be popular?
  • Were you accepted or rejected?
  • Did others accept you unconditionally?

Reflect on these questions and write your answers in a journal. I can guarantee you by the end of this book your awareness of others and yourself will increase. This book is an energetic means of transforming your life. It is more than a book. By participating with it you are becoming more loving, accepting and aware. If you make empowering children your first priority, it will lift up your life in the process!

I need a job, now! How am I supposed to detach when it’s more important than anything in the world?!?!

Dear Anisa,

I really need to find a job and it’s been over 18 months! I’m at my wit’s end! I know you and other LOA teachers say that I need to detach and let it go. However, how am I supposed to act like getting a job and feeding my family doesn’t matter, when it’s the most important thing in the world? How am I supposed to pretend like I’m okay, with or without a job? I try to talk to some of my friends about the Law of Attraction and the Law of Detachment and they don’t get it either. I have had success in the past manifesting a wonderful wife and even a good job, but it’s as if I’ve lost my mojo. I’m really down on myself and do not understand what I’m doing wrong?! I’m sorry that I’m such a bummer but I need some help with this detachment thing! Help?!

Urgh! I feel your pain and I empathize with the fact that my words about detachment and letting it go, are not going to bring you comfort, at least not initially. First, I suggest you forget about the Law of Attraction and manifesting it and take decisive action. Action will get you into a more confident place of momentum and from this place you’ll be more likely to remember that you can use the power of your mind for even further leverage. Do what you can to remain persistent and positive. Build your confidence with bold courageous actions. Consider your present efforts, if you’ve been making 10 phone calls a week, choose to make 10 a day for the next 10 days. If you have not been pounding the concrete so to speak, choose to knock on doors and ask not only “are you hiring” but what would it take to get a job here? And, do this for 10 days. If you haven’t bugged your friends and family for work recently, pick up the phone or drive to their house and say, who do you know that’s hiring? And, what can I do for you or someone you know to earn a buck? Next, be willing to work for less than what you are worth, just to prove to the Universe that you really DO want a job and you are willing to do whatever it takes – with ZEST and ENTHUSIASM!! (We want to get your JOY factor back up, even if it means doing a job that’s beneath your status, you have to CHOOSE gratitude at all cost, for this to work as your turn-around strategy!)

Along with thousands of other entrepreneurs, my business tanked after the September 11th terrorist attacks. At the time, I had a newborn and too many bills to count! I was afraid. I felt anxious, desperate and like a failure for not being better prepared for an economic downturn. I was simply TOO intent on manifesting the means the WAY I wanted it to come, to detach. So, I finally realized I needed a turn-around strategy – something that would take my mind off of the problem and onto the possibility of a solution. I went out and asked some peers if they knew anyone hiring. I took a job marketing for one of my friends and within 45 days I was happy and detached. Very quickly I realized that everything I was doing for them, I could do for my business and turn it around again. I found and trained a replacement for myself and started to focus on marketing (and attracting) for my business in a more positive, flowing manner. Needless to say, it happened very quickly and in spite of the downturn that continued for most businesses.

Create your own Vibrational Turn-Around strategy by taking action boldly and decisively. Then, when you FEEL better, remind yourself that you are a powerful creator and can actually manifest what you want in an even better and more prosperous way. The Universe will open doors to you that you could not have previously ever imagined all because you stopped fighting the process and began to TRUST yourself.

Astral Projection: Really?

Have you ever been curious about Astral Projection? Me too.

In creative timeline work, I encourage clients to use thier imagination to go back along their timeline to re-create troublesome manifestations and experiences. And, we’ll also use the same timeline to go out into the future to create great manifestations. (Yes, it works!) This process is similar to astral projection… but I’ve never consulted an expert on the subject. Until tonight, that is.

You know I rarely share off-the-wall, over-the-top Woo-Woo stuff… But, I’m too curious about the event tonight, not to let you decide.

Out Of Body Experience Guaranteed – Alarm Clock Technique

This technique needs to be done after a full six hours of sleep, ideally in the wee hours of the morning. Start by setting your alarm clock for exactly six hours from the time you lay down to sleep.

So if you lay down at 8:15pm, set your alarm for 2:15am and the go to sleep. When the alarm rings, get up and out of bed. Plan to stay fully awake for an hour.

If you need to, splash your face with cold water, walk around or do something to fully waken yourself.

After an hour, lay back down. Follow these five steps and get ready for an Out of Body Experience.

Step 1: Focus on your Third Eye

With your eyes opened, roll them up so that they’re looking at the center of your forehead, between your eyebrows. This will feel uncomfortable, but you won’t keep this focus for long. Once your eyes are focused (you’ll feel like you’re ‘crossing’ them), touch a finger between your eyebrows then pull it about three inches from your head. Follow your finger with your eyes and then close your eyes. Drop your hand but keep your eyes focused on that point where your finger was, even with your eyes closed.

At this point you can say to yourself, “I now put my body in sleep paralysis” as you imagine yourself leaping out of an airplane or very tall building.

Step 2: Relaxation

When you start to feel your body vibrate, you can relax your eyes. At this point you want to be sure your entire body is fully relaxed. You can affirm this by repeating to yourself “my body is completely relaxed. I now move myself to the next level. As my body falls asleep, my mind remains awake.” Remain in this state until you begin seeing pictures, colors or even video images. When these appear, you know you’re getting close to having an out of body experience.

At this point it’s important that you avoid physical movement of any kind, this will disrupt the process.

Step 3: Vibrational Pulsing

Bring you attention to your body and try to feel for the vibrations that underlie the stillness. This can be challenging at first because you’re trying to perceive extremely subtle energies. A good way to begin to get a sense of these vibrations is by tuning in to your heart beat and imagining waves of vibration flowing in time with the beats. If this doesn’t work, try refocusing on your third eye in time with the beating of your heart. Keep your eyes closed and the rest of your body totally relaxed as you do this.

Keep focusing on the vibrations until they either intensify or subside.

Step 4: Watching

Now bring your attention to any images, colors or videos you might be ‘seeing’ with your eyes closed. It’s at this point that a lot of people fall asleep, but if you can stay conscious now, you’re almost ready to project yourself out of your body. Be sure to keep your body fully relaxed. If you feel tension rising anywhere you can again repeat to yourself, “I am fully relaxed” and “I now move to the next level.”

Step 5: Floating

The only thing left to do now is wait until you feel yourself begin to float up and out of your body. This may be accompanied by intense vibrations, but if you stay relaxed, you’ll find yourself up and out! At this point you can do what you want. All you need to do is picture where you want to be or who you want to be with in your minds eye and you’ll instantly be there.

Can we prove astral projection exists?

Mainstream science cannot readily accept astral projection because it cannot be duplicated in a controlled environment such as in a lab. Although some natural projectors have demonstrated this ability under professional monitoring, it still needs to be more widely controlled before it can be accepted.

And it is not like we can go into the astral planes and pick up souvenirs to bring back as showpieces. It’s the same as traveling to the moon. People were so in awe with the artifacts brought back that even a tiny grain was proof that the journey did happen. People need proof. But is that really necessary?

We simply lack the tools and techniques to monitor astral projection when it happens. But imagine if we had something like an electromagnetic pulse device, or if you’ve watched the show ‘Inception’, a machine that could hook us up and help us astral project, now imagine what the world would be like then?

There are far reaching implications with this possibility. With any significant advancement or discovery in science, the potential for abuse always exists. Just look at what the discovery of atomic energy did, or medications that are now more commonly used as drugs.

The moment we can prove that astral projection does happen and can be monitored, the world as we know it would come to an end.

Here’s what could happen:

1) Our present economy would crash

Imagine what would happen to the financial market, lottery, elections and sporting events? Because we all know that time and space can be transcended in the astral, who knows what kind of abuse might happen there. There is no way huge organizations or government will allow astral projection to rule.

2) Religious beliefs? What beliefs?

Although astral projection has been widely accepted and practiced in the east for a long time, it’s still a new concept in the west. This is partly due to our religion. Maybe it’s our religion that censored all notions of the soul being able to leave the body or the power of the mind. Maybe it’s possible that religious leaders fear the loss of power over their people. When people astral travel and they know that there’s more to life than what is here on earth, these religious institutions will have no followers.

3) A different way of living

The moment we understand that the physical body is just a shell, imagine what people would do. They’d take their bodies for granted. They will no longer struggle to live in the physical world with the ailments of the physical body. Undeveloped souls may even take the easy way out of this life through suicide and listless living. Why would a person, full of problems in physical life, want to live when he can access the glories of the astral? But what they don’t know is that these very problems are helping that person to grow spiritually and to learn valuable lessons.

But we can’t deny that if astral projection was widely accepted, the potential for healing would be massive. Sickness could be detected in the aura without going through the sufferings of physical tests.

And of course we’d no longer have to deal with plane tickets and crafty travel agents. Why take a 16-hour flight when you could travel the entire world and leap through universes in a blink?

Wish so much at stake, astral projection will never be allowed into mainstream science. But maybe, just maybe, in the secret
labs unknown to us, astral projection has already been proven to exist.  Sssshhh…

What to do when the BONUS check doesn’t come?!?

What might be the reason that an expected bonus check (inheritance, settlement, commission or job-related bonus, lottery winnings, etc.) doesn’t manifest?

Why won't my big fat paycheck, lottery winnings won't manifest?

What prevents money from manifesting?

I’ve seen it many times.  When we focus-in on ONE way for the Universe to provide our abundance, then it does what’s expected.  The creative mechanism will respond to our anticipation and desperation and not only will the other means of abundance dry up, but our fear will actually keep that check from happening, sometimes at all!

To be a masterful conscious creator, we must remember that our source and supply is an infinite, mother/father God.  It’s our acceptance of the internal Presence of God as our one and only source of abundance that attracts our dreams and the wealth we desire.  You can predict your level of abundance by your level of acceptance that your source and supply is ALWAYS inside you, never a pay-check, never a job, never an inheritance, etc.  If your source and supply is inside you, is the acceptance of God as the source, then the pay-check or settlement is simply ONE way for fulfillment but never the only way.

Vibrational Audio Coaching:

So, what’s keeping the check from manifesting?  Could it be attachment?

Could it be that you’ve been spending the money mentally and imaging the money coming from this ONE source for so long that now that it’s NOT happening the way you thought it would, you feel fearful?

  • What if it doesn’t manifest at all?
  • What if I don’t get the money for another year or longer?
  • What if something happens and it turns out to be less than I thought?
  • What if ….

Successful conscious creation requires a willingness to DETACH from the OUTCOME.  If what you think about, you bring about, then all of those WHAT IF fears are actually keeping you and the big bonus check apart.

Remember, there are only two emotions: Love and Fear.  If you are not feeling love (love, appreciation, acceptance, peace) then you are manifesting the opposite of what you desire.  If you can figure out what you’re really afraid of and get rid of that fear then you have a chance to manifest not only that bonus check but all the other means of prosperity that are your birthright as well.

Tap along. Then, go back through your thoughts and emotions looking for any remaining charges. Consider:
– What am I afraid of?
– Who or what do I resent?
– How might this situation hurt me or the ones I love?
– Who am I angry with?
– What feels out of my control and unfair?

Be specific. Tap again using YOUR specific details and be as forthright with your REAL emotions as possible.

Law of Attraction and Stress – How We Sabotage Our Success both at Work and at Home.

If I asked 15 people to describe stress, I would probably get 15 different answers. However, once our basic needs are met – food, water, oxygen, shelter– most stress can be summed up in one word – relationships!

– Our relationships with others – coworkers, friends, lovers, children, family.
– Our relationship with our stuff – cash, cars, clothes, computers, clutter, etc.
– Our relationship to our beliefs – good/not good enough, deserving/undeserving, right/wrong, etc.

Medically speaking, stress is a physical response to feeling physically or emotionally threatened. Your brain sends a handy message to the nervous system, which then releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

“Emotionally threatened”… if we isolate this phrase and just meditate on the idea that someone can emotionally threaten us; that something or someone can cause us to feel emotionally insecure, and thus we allow our physical being to respond in a way that diminishes our quality of life. It’s odd, isn’t it?!

Stress is disconnection from source and the Truth that All is Well, ALL the Time! Stress prevents us from attracting what we really want in life. Refusing to eliminate stress or tolerating stress is like playing with dynamite on a snowslip-proned mountain-top; knowing you’re about to create an avalanche but refusing to put away the explosives! Then, when the avalanche happens, refusing to take one-step to the side, out of the snow-flow and into safety.

On the other hand, we may not like the pounding heart, tightening muscles, and more rapid breathing associated with stress, but this automatic “fight or flight” response can be quite handy in some situations. For example, when our ancestors were being chased by tigers in the jungle thousands of years ago, the stress response most certainly saved a life or two.

The likelihood of being chased by predators has diminished with progress, yet the pesky stress response has stuck around. The workplace—with its triumvirate of stress sources—workload pressure, co-worker relationships, and finances—is a prime breeding ground for stress, for example.

Not all stress is bad. A little bit of stress can go a long way in increasing your focus, motivating you, and helping you perform under pressure. But, a lot of stress can be a real killer. And I mean that literally. At some point, stress stops being helpful and can cause major damage to your health. It can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, and a host of other illnesses. And, what is stress again but… negative emotions?!

As a proponent of higher consciousness principles, you realize that your health and well-being contributes to your happiness. If you’re a business owner, then you must also realize that the health and well-being of your employees not only contributes to their happiness, it has a major impact on your organization’s bottom line. And, if you work within a larger organization, then you may have to be a thought leader and a bit of a rabble-rouser – but you too can begin holding a vision of a company culture that cultivates positive morale and supports the need for self-care.

One way to be a conscious activist within your organization, is to shed some light on the statistics (and there are lots of studies that will back you up!) Excessive workplace stress leads to a decline in employee productivity, which results in an increase in the organization’s costs, as well as a decrease in profits. Next, begin a dialogue about how to solve this problem.

As I began to allude to earlier, it is our relationships and corresponding emotional response to the idea of being emotionally threatened, that ultimately determine the level of stress we attract and tolerate in our lives. What we perceive as reality, may or may not be what’s actually occurring.

Most of the time, our perception is this hodge-podge, distorted-soup comprised of limiting ideas, past experiences, foregone conclusions, fears, doubts, insecurities, and erroneous assumptions. If you want to minimize stress, you have to begin addressing your perceptions.

One way to do this is to begin practicing The Four Agreements (read the book by Don Miquel Ruiz, it’ll change your world!). These four, very simple ideas have the power to eliminate virtually all stress!

My coach and good friend, Audrey Taylor, reminded me this week just how important these commitments really are. And, because I chose to re-read and re-remember that I WANT to live by these agreements, I was spared excess stress and what could have been an extremely difficult and painful week. Instead of greater strife around a challenge I’ve created, by applying these principles, we’ve transformed our challenge into a hopeful opportunity for enlightened growth.

The Four Agreements are:

1. Be Impeccable with your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love.

2. Don’t Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

3. Don’t Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

 These four agreements, when missing, will cause more troubled relationships than a two roosters in a hen house!

Now, this article was inspired by a friend who asked a question about how to create a better environment at work. Thus, as a conscious creator, you can contribute to a minimal-stress environment be it at home or work by setting an intention and expecting PEACE to reign supreme well before the moment of disruption.

You can set these intentions by taking the following steps:

• Encourage people (leaders, managers, children, etc.) to be positive and upbeat, even in the face of adversity. When leaders are stressed and anxious, they create workers who are stressed and anxious. (If you are a leader, then be the positive voice. If you are an individual contributor, then you too can support a change by vocalizing and imagining your leaders behaving in more positive and supportive manners.)

• Focus on individual’s strengths, not weaknesses. When you focus on strengths, you unlock the power of those strengths. When you focus on weaknesses, the only thing you unlock is fear, uncertainty, and stress.

• Embrace mistakes. When you make a mistake, own it and then choose to model how to learn from our mistakes, as part of the growth process. You can support a culture where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, not as unrecoverable events, by modeling your own willingness to be both authentic and resilient.

• Advocate acceptance. Tell your co-workers, friends, family members and employees, if applicable, that you expect them to do their best, and that is good enough. We are not advocating complacency, unless we settle into indifference. However, we are fostering self-esteem when we take a step back and really accept one another as we are.

• Set a good example. Express yourself with sincerity, authenticity, and graciousness. Laugh at the little road-bumps experienced at your organization, or at home, and show gratitude for the things that go right.

• Enjoy and appreciate even your most difficult relationships. Bless their presence in your experience. Decide to look at challenging relationships as opportunities for growth and even more important than ‘solving a problem’ is practicing forgiveness and acceptance. Each conflict, no matter how small or how dysfunctional, can be an evolutionary opportunity when we choose to accept, forgive, and appreciate.

When you set your intentions and allow love, peace, effortlessness, and joy to take over, you create an environment in which those around you (at work and at home) model the same behaviors. The result? An atmosphere in which health and wellness reigns, where there is no room for destructive, disruptive stress.
