We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Together, as Conscious Leaders guided by the Divine, we have the Mind Power necessary to co-create a sustainable, harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous world. And, we can do this while also attracting and creating a passionate, loving, rich, healthy life with all of our personal dreams fulfilled.
30 Second EFT to Break Your Structural Tension Blocking Your SuccessCategory: law of attraction — Anisa @ Think EFT takes too long? Well, I have a 30-second plan for you today… (I know what you’re thinking – there’s “no way”… but wait, I promise you’ll really like this one! I have to thank my friend, Cathleen Campbell for this process, too.) But before I share this with you, I need to discuss the structural tension that causes the delay of our bounty. Structure and Structural Tension: Everything has a structure – your computer has a structure that is different than the chair you are sitting on, your body has a structure that is different than your home, etc. Even thoughts have a structure and your thought-structure is different than every other person on the planet! The tension of those thought structures creates recurring patterns of lack in your life. By using EFT to apply intentional, structural tension to the thoughts/beliefs that no longer serve you, you stretch your consciousness. Like a rubber band that is stretched to the breaking point, EFT supports you in breaking down the vibrational patterns that attract failure. However, like a rubber band that is stretched but released before it is broken, when we allow recurring negative thoughts to go unchecked, we allow our vibrational structure to spiral back and return to its’ previous shape, size, and vibrational pattern. Think of what happens when you stretch a rubber band between your fingers. There’s the point when you can feel the energy and tension; the point at which that rubber band will either fly across the room and return to its’ original shape or break! This is the actual structural tension – the tension of the previous shape of the rubber band actually makes it want to return to its’ previous form. Robert Fritz, best-selling author of The Path of Least Resistance and Your Life as Art, describes two types of structural tension – oscillating and advancing. An oscillating structure is when the shape of our ‘mental rubber band’ has been created by our negative experiences and past failures. Inside this oscillating structure, we are continually returned to our previous patterns of lack, poverty, and struggle. Thoughts like, “life will always be hard” and “I’ve never achieved the things I really want” and “Why can’t I get a break?!”, for example. An advancing structure is a structure that builds upon itself; a structure that learns from our past experiences and then grows positively beyond the past. An advancing structure is what we create when we ‘break’ the old mental rubber band and install a new, vibrational structure of thoughts like, “Life is good” and “it seems that I’m always in the right place at the right time” and “the Universe is constantly conspiring on my behalf.” Robert Fritz writes (in Your Life as Art): The structure of your vibrational field (your thoughts/beliefs and emotions) in relationship to wealth is what creates your prosperity or lack thereof. Every money experience is birthed out of your personal ‘belief structure’. And, if we want to create a new structure we must first apply tension to break the old. For example, I have two friends/acquaintances that have had very similar, difficult lives starting with horrible childhoods. Both were orphaned and raised in foster care. Both were physically and sexually abused. Both went to bed hungry almost every night, fought in school, spent time on drugs and incarcerated, and both have been on welfare at one point or another. Both have struggled to find their place in life and both are in their mid-forties now. One continues to struggle while the other has amassed an honorable fortune. What’s made the difference? The one that struggles continues to ‘hate his past, criticizes his mistakes harshly, and blame others and the system for his misfortune.’ The one that has ‘made it’, reads books about spiritual and personal growth, works with coaches, mentors, and spiritual teachers, meditates daily and prays incessantly. He is a delight to be around because every ounce of him exudes love – love for himself, love for others, and love for life. The few times I’ve shared with the one that struggles stories about my other friend who had a similar past and how he too could create a better future – he pooh-poohs all ideas because he believes that ‘his life will always be hard’. The successful friend has created a vibrational structure that says, “life is good” while the unsuccessful friend has a vibrational structure that says, “life will always be hard.” Our vibrational structure is the same as that rubber band. We may be using EFT to stretch our ‘vibrational structure’ and we may feel the release of the tension, but if we continue to have recurring limiting thoughts, we haven’t actually broken the oscillating pattern. We haven’t applied enough tension to break the structural tension that holds that negative structure in place. We may have ‘weakened’ the structure -which is absolutely an important step, but we have not ‘defeated’ the structure. This is where 30-second EFT can be a Godsend! By using a consistent round of rapid-fire EFT on those recurring thoughts, you can ‘break’ down the molecular bond. Like a rubber band being stretched to the breaking point, once broken there’s no restoration of that negative structural tension. The 30-second EFT: Right now, think of one, recurring negative thought. This is a thought that you find yourself saying or feeling over and over again. This is usually a very brief but distressing recurring reflection. However, this thought or accepted idea is so frequent that it almost escapes actual words. It appears more as a feeling that an actual thought. You’ll have to choose words that describe that ‘feeling’ for EFT purposes. Examples include… Select ONE short thought and EFT it as fast and simply as you can now. For example, do this round with me now. Sore spot/Karate chop point (repeat 3 times): Even though I’ll never get ahead, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway. On all points (Inner eye through Crown): Now, move ahead with your day. Once you’ve identified YOUR recurring feeling/thought, do this 30 second process every day (minimum once a day, preferably 3-10 times a day) for the next 30 days. Repeat this 30 second EFT round over and over again throughout the next 30 days. You MUST be consistent in order to see the results you really want. Every round will weaken that vibrational structure. The objective is to break the oscillating structure that continues to ‘return you to your previous consciousness’. By slowly but consistently weakening your negative vibrational structure (the one associated with that negative recurring thought/feeling), you will eventually break that rubber band and have the opportunity to create an advancing structure. So, do you have 30 seconds NOW?!? Then DO it, now! |
