We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Together, as Conscious Leaders guided by the Divine, we have the Mind Power necessary to co-create a sustainable, harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous world. And, we can do this while also attracting and creating a passionate, loving, rich, healthy life with all of our personal dreams fulfilled.
Leveraging the Power of Gratitude (it’s important!)Category: law of attraction,Videos — Anisa @ Gratitude – Your Magic Wand for Magical Manifestations and Fantastic Conscious Creation Mastery! Even though, I KNOW you’ve heard it over and over again… it’s time to get back to basics and launch this next year with the full force and power of gratitude. For conscious creators, gratitude is a powerful magnetic force. Yet, many of us, dismiss it as too simple and easy to be that powerful and important. We may spend a few minutes here or there appreciating our blessings. We may even be one of those rare people that still send thank you notes. You may be fully grateful at this very moment considering it’s the holiday season and often gratitude abounds at this time of year. But, are you ready to make this gratitude a habit? Are you ready to put the power of appreciation and love into full force? If you have been experiencing gratitude this holiday, then take a moment to look back at the last few weeks. If you felt grateful, then I bet you have also manifested some lovely experiences, unexpected gifts, and magical moments of possibility. If you haven’t spent time in appreciation, then I bet your holidays have been average at best, and for some, unfulfilling or even terrible. Video Tutorial 5: Part 1 of 2 Video Tutorial 5: Part 2 of 2 One friend, who had a particularly rough year, decided that December would be her month of Appreciation. She decided to appreciate the ‘job she hated’, appreciate the ‘ex-husband that she was fighting with’, and appreciate the ‘year of financial failures.’(These were her words about what she had been going through this last year.) It was meant to be her private experiment to either prove or disprove the power or impotence of gratitude. Here’s the email she just sent me, “Dear Anisa, Thank you for my Appreciation Assignment! I never imagined that the simple act of intentionally appreciating even my worst nightmares could actually alter them so quickly. I still have a few challenges but positive possibilities are flying into my life like I’ve never seen before. I’ve had at least 3 amicable conversations with my ex (a world record), an opportunity to apply for a different department at work that I’m super excited about and my grandmother gave me $2000 for Christmas. She said it was ‘just because she felt like it’ and would not allow me to give it back to her. I had a hard time at first appreciating my challenges, (and still do sometimes) but just like you said would happen, the more I made myself find something to appreciate the better I felt. The better I felt the happier I’ve become and within the last three weeks my entire life seems to be on a new track. It looks like this next year will be fantastic. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” - Jules, NV. If you’ve been a conscious creator for any length of time, then you’ve already employed gratitude intentionally with positive results. I want to challenge you today to make it a part of your every day experience, as opposed to random, flippant, or something you’ll eventually ‘get around to’. He wrote about ‘educating yourself for the feeling of gratitude’. Here’s the actual quote, “To educate yourself for the feeling of gratitude means to take nothing for granted, but to always seek out and value the kind that will stand behind the action. Nothing that is done for you is a matter of course. Everything originates in a will for the good, which is directed at you. Train yourself never to put off the word or action for the expression of gratitude.” For me, the most important take-away comes from the words, “Train yourself never to put off the word or action for the expression of gratitude.” TRAIN YOURSELF TO EXPRESS EVER-FLOWING GRATITUDE What I’m asking you to do is more than say ‘thank you for dinner.’ I’m asking you to actually train yourself to NEVER put off the expression of gratitude. Yes, of course appreciate and share your appreciation with others but mostly I’m asking you to verbalize your Focused Appreciation to yourself for your life! Abraham, through Jerry and Esther Hicks, talks about ‘getting and staying in the Vortex’ to master conscious creation and the law of attraction. Here’s a quick citation from their book, “Ask and It is Given”: “Every time you appreciate something, every time you praise something, every time you feel good about something, you are telling the Universe: “More of this, please.” You need never make another verbal statement of this intent, and if you are mostly in a state of appreciation, all good things will flow to you. For Power Creators, your assignment is to review your Top 6 goals for Life and your top Two Priority Goals for right now and search, identify, and then claim all of the aspects about your current life that deserve your appreciation. These are the items that are meaningful contributors to your Life Goals and Current Intentions (including challenging lessons and obstacles.) Getting into the habit of appreciation, the flow of gratitude daily and staying there as long as possible, will supercharge your manifestation abilities and if EVER there was a turbo-booster, a rocket fuel to MAKE your dreams happen faster – appreciation is it! Starting small and working up to ‘staying in loving appreciation’: Step One: Remember that it takes 21 days to build a habit. Step Two: Write down daily 3 to 10 things you appreciate. (I do mine twice a day – morning and night. I have a gratitude and a victory log by my bed.) Step Three: Practice attaching the ‘exercise of appreciation’ by associating meaningless tasks with your Copyright, 2009, CreataVision Enterprises, Anisa Aven. |

I have a question based on your Abraham quote re: the principle of when one practices gratitude and the Universe hears it as “give me more of this, please”. Like you write, in my gratitude practice, I look for the positives in negative situations.Ex: I was grateful for the leak from the roof into my guest bedroom because (1) as a result, I learned that one can match paint chips by computer (so it’s ok that I forgot the paint name/code) AND (2) now my superintendent can paint over the other nicks on the wall in addition to fixing the damage. My question is: if I’m being grateful for the leak (negative) because of the positive things I seen from it, will the Universe hear that as “give me more of [the leak/the negative]” or “give me more of the positive”? As in, I do not want more “leaks” just because I’m trying to see the positives from it. Nor do I want a combination of them – more leaks so that I can get more positives, as I just want the positives. Since I know the Universe doesn’t hear “no”, all of a sudden I’m kinda confused. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!
