We were born with the unlimited potential to intentionally create (use the law of attraction) to manifest all of our heart's desires. Together, as Conscious Leaders guided by the Divine, we have the Mind Power necessary to co-create a sustainable, harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous world. And, we can do this while also attracting and creating a passionate, loving, rich, healthy life with all of our personal dreams fulfilled.

Q: Dear Anisa,
Firstly, let me say that you are an amazing person doing a
wonderful job in helping so many people change their lives.
However, I need to let you know that what you have is a gift
and it is simply not available to everyone.
Like not everyone can be a fast runner. Years ago when I
first learned about creating abundance I was over the moon
that I could turn my life around. I commenced in earnest,
last year when I discovered your site I really picked up the
pace. Doing whatever you suggested. However, my life is
now a sheer living hell, nothing I tried to create ever
happened. In fact stuff so horrible I couldn’t even dream
of came to be for me.
Last night two people hurt me in a way I can’t even begin to
describe. I now know that my life lesson is to know how
horrible, ugly, unworthy and to never stray from this
because it hurts too much when it comes crashing down.
Please warn people that not everyone is able to fulfill
their dreams. – R in Australia.
A: My friends in creation, I owe you an apology.
My friend that wrote this heartfelt letter to me is correct.
I have done you a terrible disservice. I have distracted
you from the essence of Truth. Although my intention has
been positive as I wanted you to know that you are loved;
you are powerful beyond words; you are worthy and deserving
of the fulfillment of your biggest dreams. But, I have
neglected to shake up this ‘Truth’ with the practical advice
that ‘you can’t get there through thoughts alone’.
Unfortunately, when I try to limit the length of my articles
I end up omitting Truths that make the words more accurate.
For example, I’ve supported misinformation such as “we can
have our cake and eat it too.” By not also driving home the
importance of understanding the law of balance, (the law of
compensation) that says ‘there’s always a price to pay for
every fulfillment’, I’ve mislead you. By supporting the
thought that as unlimited conscious creators we do not have
to compromise, negotiate, or ever surrender to a lesser
reality at times, I’ve encouraged an impractical
relationship with fantasy.
I’ve unwittingly misdirected you in focusing on the
‘external’ as the Source of your supply when your Internal
Being is in fact the ONLY source and supply of ALL things
good and bad in your life.
I’ve neglected sharing with you critical steps that must be
taken to achieve the fulfillment you desire. I’d like to set
the record straight.
1) There is always a price to pay, an exchange of energy
that must occur, for a goal to manifest in physical form.
For example – the achievement of ‘health’ requires a person
to give up the benefits of being unhealthy. The
manifestation of a mate requires a person to give up aspects
of their independence. Or, the creation of wealth requires
a person to become adept at managing money and thus the loss
of the comfort of financial indifference.
These ‘losses’ cannot be avoided just because we know
conscious creation. Of course, we can create a comfortable
resolution and compromise but it is never accurate to
believe we can have ALL things we decide without loss,
exchange, or compromise. This is the law of balance and
compensation, and there will always be a price we must be
willing to pay to achieve our dreams.
Until we accept and embrace the ‘cost’ we will forever be
disappointed in our creative abilities and experiences.
2) You cannot become a masterful creator through force. NO
amount of visualization, affirmation, and positive thinking
alone will support your long term success and self-love.
This has been scientifically proven. Affirmations don’t work
and in fact can negatively spoil our self-esteem when, like
my friend R. in Australia, we realize that it doesn’t work
for us. According to a recently published study in
Psychological Science, “individuals with low self-esteem
actually felt worse about themselves after repeating
positive self-statements such as “I am a lovable person” or
“I will succeed.” And this negative feeling did not relent
when the participants became more insistent, tenacious, or
emphatic.
When we feel ‘negative’ we attract negatively. We cannot
deny our negative feelings and expect to manifest positive
outcomes.
We can, however, turn to the Spirit Within and resolve the
disconnection, thus resolving the negativity.
3) As long as your happiness is dependent upon the
obtainment of a visualized goal your fulfillment will be
short-lived at best.
It is NOT the manifestation of your desires that will create
happiness. It is the manifestation of happiness with what
IS that creates the manifestation of your desires.
It is not ‘money’, or ‘the outcome of a goal’, or ‘your job’
or ‘your spouse,’ or anything outside of you that is
responsible for your Joy or Prosperity. Nothing outside of
YOU is ever the CAUSE of your experience.
4) Detachment is more than the act of handing your desires
over to the Universe and trusting that they will manifest.
Detachment is more than being able to say, “this or
something better” or “I trust in the Divine to bring this
about in Perfect Order and Divine Timing.”
Detachment is the result of a solid faith, an unwavering
conviction in the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind
Within as the Source of ALL your good.
If you truly accepted that it is your Birthright to
experience Love, Joy, Peace, and Prosperity; that it is your
natural and inseparable state of grace to have your needs
met and your dreams fulfilled, would you ever judge what is
as ‘wrong’ or inappropriate?
No. You would instead, look at what is, give thanks for the
contrast and become excited about your renewed clarity. You
would then simply claim what you intend to experience
instead.
If you KNEW that no person and nothing could remove you from
your natural state of fulfillment; and that it is actually
impossible as a Divine Child of God with Unlimited Potential
to NOT have your wants, needs, and desires fulfilled, then
you would rest patiently, knowing that all is well and that
which you desire is in fact revealing itself already.
5) Although we play a co-creative role in all of our life’s
experiences, we are not ‘thoughtfully’ responsible for
creating bad things.
It is not accurate to say that the person that has cancer
‘created’ it because of their negative thoughts, or because
they were irresponsible with their health and emotional
well-being.
Super-annoying LOA fanatics will say crazy things like,
“well… they must have created the death of their child.”
This heartless and ignorant rhetoric casts a shadow on all
seekers of Truth as brainwashed, crazy cult members! This
is metaphysical malpractice and should not be tolerated or
endorsed.
Now, I also need to share what I feel is more accurate. We
have a responsibility and we play a creative role in every
experience, including ‘when bad things happen’.
However, it is inaccurate from our limited perspective to
sit in judgment of ‘what is’ as bad, negative, wrong, or
unfair.
While there is NOT some higher, external force asserting its
will over us or a pre-determined destiny that we have no
influence over, we are collaborating with a Higher Order
that is always aligned with our Higher Intentions.
I can say this with certainty because as an intentional
being, that knows how to apply the laws of the Universe, I
too have manifested great struggles and challenges.
I’ve collaborated with my higher self to manifest disease-
scares, physical abuse, abandonment, divorce, failure, my
son’s health challenges and birth defect, my financial rise
and fall on repeated occasions, and many more opportunities
for self-pity than I can share in one sitting.
In the end, these challenges have brought forth my passion
for teaching, my unquenchable thirst for Truth, and my
ability to believe in myself in ways that no ‘easy
manifestation’ ever could.
While those challenges were difficult, I know that I am a
better teacher and example because I courageously faced and
overcame those challenges. This, for me, is WHY I
participated in the experience and creation of failure and
challenge. And, I wouldn’t change those experiences for
anything.
6) I will not take back the Truth that you are unlimited.
This Divine Inheritance is not reserved for those of us who
are ‘gifted’ or somehow more special or lovable. The energy
that creates worlds is available to each of us equally.
7) There’s no silver bullet but there is a spiritual path
that many, many, many teachers have revealed.
First stop on the path: Meditation. No spiritual seeker
ever gained enlightenment without meditation. This is a
fact. While there are many forms of meditation that will
support enlightenment, there’s no form of all-encompassing
enlightenment that occurs without meditation.
Second stop on the path: Self-Awareness. If we do not
clearly see where we are, we cannot get where we want to go.
Through resolute self-assessment we determine what is
aligned with our values and higher intentions and what is
not. This is the path to change, growth, and ultimately
oneness with the Divine Inheritance we desire.
Third stop on the path: Service. As we align with our Higher
Self, we stop focusing on ‘our needs as uber-important’ and
start looking for opportunities to serve. This shift brings
forth a heightened sense of joy and meaning. This becomes
the substance, the emotional vibration, that in turn becomes
responsible for the fulfillment of the ‘things we said we
wanted’ in the first place.
Alas, this article is too long and still incomplete. There’s
so much more I’d like to communicate.
The bottom line is I cannot take back the Truth that you are
gifted and have the power to create your dreams. I do,
however, apologize for confusing the issue by implying that
it’s an effortless road. Enlightenment requires work.
However, ask anyone that has stayed the course, it’s worth
it.
I hold only one vision for you: Completely fulfilled,
supported, and loved.

HI there,
The kind words and wisdom that I’ve received in response to this post have been truly eye-opening. Here are a few Wise Words about learning to manifest the reality we really want, while making peace with the fact maybe it’s not supposed to be ‘easy’…
Readers respond to “I apologize for misleading you about the
Law of Attraction”
Anisa,
In light of your recent manifesting morsel, I just wanted to
let you know that for quite a few years you have been an
extremely helpful mentor to me! I have NEVER felt mislead or
misinformed by you…to the contrary, you’ve made it clear
that a seeker has to be willing to commit their energy,
time, sincerity, etc., in manifesting their dreams (the old
trade-off!). At the same time, you’ve reminded all of us
that it doesn’t have to be drudgery!! You have provided so
many fun and creative ways to “ramp up the energy”, and
isn’t that what being a co-creator is all about?!
I can only speak for myself, but I would never dream of
blaming you for making the Law of Attraction what it is – an
equitable, Universal Truth that magnifies and acts upon our
own beliefs. I personally don’t feel that you’ve ever
painted this spiritual lifestyle as a walk down the primrose
path, but again, you HAVE done a wonderful job of reminding
us that is doesn’t have to be serious or stodgy!
In short, I just wanted to let you know that you have been a
TREMENDOUS source of insight, joy and motivation to me over
the last few years, and I always eagerly look forward to
your latest communications! PLEASE keep up the good work,
this is a great gift you’ve been sharing with us! – Always,
Tamsen

I loved your response to this and it was a great reminder of
what I need to remember with my faith…….. Your a great

Anisa, not sure where to comment so here I am. I thought
your manifesting article today rocked!!! You may have more
to say, and I am sure you will and for now it is complete!
Thank you!! – Cheryl

I wanted to compliment you on the way you wrote this
information. You are exactly right about “what are you
willing to give up, for what you want.” It is a basic
principal for all manifestations of dreams. Napoleon Hill
always asked that question to his students upon hearing a
goal or something desired, what are you willing to give up
to have it. Great Explanation! – Wilene

Dear Anisa,
This particular article is very well said – good on you for
those out there still struggling a little with the entire
process. For we do need the balance. Some bad to
appreciate when it’s good. Some sad to appreciate happiness
and at times being poor to appreciate when we have more than
most or will get by and some ill health to appreciate when
we are mostly healthy. Life is not 100% perfect. There is
always someone better off or worse off. We will always have
bumps in the road with lessons to be learnt from them. It
just makes us rise to the challenge and turn the negative
back into positive as quickly as humanly possible.
Thank you Kym F.
)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Spirit led me to reply… You did not mislead us. Some may
chose not to accept their cake, they just want to look at
it. It is a choice in what we do with it. I choose to eat
my cake for all blessings & gifts should be received and
appreciated, So I choose to eat mine. Keep up your good
work, and we will continue to receive. Namaste.. – Shakka
)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Hi Anisa, I really felt pulled to respond to this woman.
When I first heard of the LOA and started it, my life too
fell into shambles and I lost everything, even family,
friends, EVERYTHING. I was left penniless and looking at the
remains of my life and hating the LOA. But I also knew that
if it were this powerful, then something surely was brewing.
I stayed the course. And very soon, for each thing that was
taken, something much better started taking its place.
Everything I wanted, I didn’t have for a reason. I created
what I didn’t want so I had to un-create it and boy did I. I
had to learn to accept the removal process as just as
important as the receiving process.
It’s hard to stay the course during those times, but
clearing out old gave me a simplicity and freedom from so
much that I didn’t have the courage to remove myself. Only
then can we really be open to accept the gifts we want.
Perhaps all the clutter and noise in our lives is keeping us
from feeling the vibration when we were on the right path.
I hope for her, that someone can remind her of this. That so
many of us have gone through the same clearing out as she
has and it’s those that stick with it, that come out the
other side, much happier.

First of all, thank you so much for your courage & honesty
in owning your mistake & apologizing for it! You have
clearly done ALOT of soul-searching after receiving the
letter which brought this to your attention & that is deeply
appreciated, most of all because it shows how much & how
deeply you CARE about getting your message across clearly &
in accessible way…
I am moved to give you some feedback to your response. I am
not sure that I agree that you have ‘distracted’ people from
the essence of Truth… To me, it seem that your error was
simply in forgetting, as YOU master new levels of the
manifestation process, that others are not at your level of
understanding & awareness. Is perfectly understandable – I
mean, a university professor of astrophysics is likely to
have difficulty explaining basic physics to a complete
novice, simply because the focus of the professor’s everyday
focus of attention is on other things far beyond that level.
The effect is that the professor’s mind works in a way that
takes GIANT steps where the novice needs BABY ones… For a
master to teach novices is difficult task indeed & require a
level of mastery of MIND that go way beyond simply ‘being
expert in one’s own subject’. So do not give yourself a
hard time for not yet mastering teaching your subject to the
level you have master your ‘subject’ itself! Is just a case
I think of become consciously aware of this & find way to
communicate basics from much more ‘baby steps’ perspective -
which I cannot help but Feel will also bring you much
greater awareness & enjoyment in your own mastery level as
it will open you up to more & more subtle levels within
it…
I do not mind at all doing the work of trying to make the
connections, but sometimes am unclear if I have missed
something or ‘taken a wrong turn’ in my understanding or
something. And the way you have written your step by step
response makes it MUCH easier for me to gain a sense of
‘connection’ between my mental & intuitive levels that I
have not experienced before in regard to the subject of
manifestation.
I really enjoy reading your emails & get a lot from doing
so. But I have at times this sense of ‘being unable to keep
up’ or something & until I have read this person’s letter &
your response to it, I have been unclear as to what that was
about for me. I have similar difficulties in my own life
also (of making giant steps where others cannot), because I
have understanding of things that others do not, & so your
thoughts about this & the way you have handle this situation
are powerful healing/teaching for me in this regard also.
THANK YOU so much for this! Love & Rainbows Amama
)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Anisa, Personally, I am generally leery about people who do
NOT acknowledge balance and or those who do not seem to
understand misfortune. I have been attempting to explain
to the leader of a law of attraction group for quite some
time the reason for my NOT participating in group.
I thought my reasons would be obvious, I’m not working , I
have no money to put forth into fuel to drive X amount of
miles to be there. So I explained such in great detail.
Instead of her receiving and acknowledging the current truth
of my situation for what it was at that moment, I was
instead showered with what I considered unrealistic
responses that only contained quips about “manifesting
riches” and or “thinking” my good fortune into place. In
essence, the reasons I failed to receive, must have been due
to a glitch in my mental approaches, aka my thinking.
To me, this didn’t sound realistic. I am one of the most
“positive” people I know and if I were seemingly not able to
“think” it into reality, then there must be something else
going on. If it were possible to simply “think” myself
into a better position it would have happened LONG ago when
I visualized myself raking up money like leaves etc. etc.
and all of the other daily “visualizations and meditations”
that are in my current arsenal against poverty and
oppression.
However, in short, the mental visualizations have not yet
produced a steady job, flow of income or otherwise. I am
still, (only currently) “in need” and lacking, as well as
becoming weary of the entire process.
In essence, I nearly lost respect for her as a mentor. You
see, I already KNOW the potential that lies within all of us
even if we don’t SEE it at first. Even if we struggle and
our lives don’t outwardly “shine” with radiance and
“obvious” blessing.
I understand that there are those of us who always seem to
be barely making ends meet, yet at the same time, are
dynamic and unstoppable individuals of endless possibility
and probabilities. Why do we have to live this way?? I
don’t know the answer to THAT question, other than perhaps
balance or timing?
Perhaps those of us with the greatest faith must endure the
greatest trials.
Whatever the reason, I refuse to believe that our time will
never come, our ship will never come in, or our tide will
never turn.
I refuse to believe that we will always live a life of
poverty etc.
For in truth, even if we are not making money hand over
fist, or are currently unemployed, we are still full of
undeveloped and unlimited potential. We are STILL endowed
with GREATNESS, even during and in our most wanton stages.
I have repented, of any bad attitudes, thoughts, etc. of my
leader and still maintain my “attitude of gratitude”
regardless. This is due of course to my faith, IN HIM, the
supreme creator and HIS faithfulness.
Eventually, when the pendulum of life returns to the
“upswing” I will perhaps get involved with the group once
again.
Thank you for being so “real”. As I believe it is with
balance and understanding that we will achieve everything we
have already been given, but yet not physically possess.
It’s a faith thing.
- Carolyn

Thank you for your emails. Apology accepted. It was a
heartfelt, sincere email. I agree with R- Australia. N’way,
thanks for being open, honest and sincere. I’s not been easy
manifesting stuff by thoughts alone. I’ve always felt
there’s more than meets the eye. Your words mean alot, so
keep up the good work. Love & blessings. – Clement
)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Wow! Your reply to R in Australia put everything I have
learned by trial and error in a clear and concise prose that
I will print out and save for my daughters to read and
meditate on. It brought tears to my eyes, to actually see in
writing everything you want to say, but don’t know how quite
to express. Anisa you are truly a brilliant and beautiful

Thanks Anisa, I think you gave us a lot to think about…
-Heather

This is fantastic, Anisa! Exactly what I needed right now,
today. Meditation, Self-Awareness, Service. You are so
beautifully articulate.
When you said you mislead, I was afraid you were going to
agree with your reader and say this path does not work for
some people. Thank you for not saying that! I really
appreciate your humility and clarity. Thank you.
You have a great day too!

)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Wow!
I felt compelled to weigh in on this because I went through
something almost identical two years ago… My family and
the man I loved all betrayed me at the same time. I was
devastated to the point of asking God to take my life.
I learned…
1) Those around me were reflecting myself back to me… My
self-talk was abusive, and my belief about myself is that I
was worthless – and so they just reflected that back to me
so that I could see it and make the shift
2) The Universe ALWAYS gives us exactly what we want. My
subconscious was totally committed to being a victim and
believing the world was out to get me, so the Universe
provided a situation where I felt victimized
3) We typically will do more to avoid pain than gain
pleasure. I had enough pain that I was inspired to release
all my beliefs that were not serving me, and it was the
beginning of my total life shift.
4) There are always people on the planet with fewer
resources who have done more with their lives. The question
to ask one’s self is, “how badly do I want this?” If we
want something badly enough, we will go after it -
regardless.
5) When we adopt a new belief, pattern of action, etc., the
Universe will test us – not necessarily to see how serious
we are; however, to strengthen our wings. If you help the
butterfly from the cocoon, it will not develop the strength
it needs to fly and will perish.
Kudos, Anisa!!!!

When we have dreams and goals, the most important thing may
be that we envision changes for ourSelves, changes that will
bring a better life to us. Isn’t the most important thing in
this premise that we take the first step toward
accomplishing our Dreams? That we sustain the process even
though the path forward may bring us unexpected,
unimaginable outcomes?
Process of change and fulfillment is fraught with unexpected
turns and twists, unknown pieces of the puzzle if you will.
Courage to take the first step and then continue on through
the process of change and awakenings to what lies before us
is a Must to begin the path to our dreams. Sustaining on
that path through what comes from each step is vital to
continuing. Having Faith in ourSelves during the journey
and friends and supporters to believe in us is as important
an ingredient to reaching our goals and dreams as the
outcome in the end.
It is the journey itself through these stages of reaching
our Dreams and Goals that teaches us, facets us, brings us
Wisdom for our lives even IF the goals and dreams may change
form or direction.
When one says, “…we do not have to compromise, negotiate,
or ever surrender to a lesser reality at times… What is
“reality at times”?? Everyone has a very subjective reality
in their life. We are all unique individuals and have very
distinct and mostly unconscious ways of doing things. What
may not seem like a step forward to our dreams, can teach us
so much about ourSelves and what our Inner Truths are.
Perhaps just the idea of Having goals and dreams, and being
willing to take steps toward fulfilling them, is the real
gold that brings the reams and reams of teaching, experience
and joy to our lives. Perhaps our “reality” in what we
choose to think of as Dreams and Goals, are actually
illusions or pre-conditioned ideas of what we think we want
to be happy and fulfilled.
At any rate, as thousands of sages have said throughout
time, it is the journey that is important, not reaching the
destination. Materialism in our world has taught us that
“getting something” for our efforts is what is all
important. As that theme has prevailed and increased
throughout the past 50 years, we automatically think that a
goal and dream is to get something, to attain something in
the world through our efforts and to be “seen” as
successful, important by what we get or achieve in the
world.
In its own realm, that is still important to remember and
perhaps the tool that alone starts most people’s engines
toward activity, productivity, and accomplishment. But if
all we focus on is our present day thinking of what a dream
or goal is, which is convoluted with the entrails of
materialistic thinking, then we will miss the importance of,
and have exposure to, feeling we have failed if we do not
ultimately reach what we “dreamt” of doing or having.
Our dreams and ideas must evolve like Human Beings must
evolve in order to reach their highest potential. Would we
limit ourselves by what we know as a goal or dream in this
moment alone? Will we limit our potential in life by
reaching alone for something we, through our past
conditioning would believe is the “best we can do, have,
accomplish”?
Only by transforming ourselves can we Become more aware of
what really matters to our life from Within ourSelves. Only
by learning, growing, changing our ideas can we step by step
find out Who we really are, and What is really best for the
fulfillment of our own Truths.
Just some perspective on Dreams, Goals, Law of Attraction as
one tool along the way, and my sharing of some
acknowledgements of your own theories and concepts.
Again Anisa, Thank you for your work in the world! And for
having the courage to reach out, express your Truths, and be
available for others’ growth.
Best to you, Mary M Hart

Hello Anisa, After reading this I felt a need to write you
back. First I hope you don’t mind that I have created a
mantra out of some of your words.
“No person and nothing could remove me from my natural state
of fulfillment; and that it is actually impossible as a
Divine Child of God with Unlimited Potential to NOT have my
wants, needs, and desires fulfilled. So I rest patiently,
knowing that all is well and that which I desire is in fact
revealing itself already.”
What do you think?
Likewise when one seeks help they need to have faith. The
Universe is always there. It is us who at times have on the
blinders of life’s woes. But if we would just look we will
see the link to us and the Universe and likewise to all. We
are all one.
We do manifest into our world that which we dwell on. If our
inner self isn’t completely sure about things then all the
affirmations, etc in the world won’t help. We need to let go
on another level. Releasing the negatives.
I have seen some manifest negatives with comments of. “I
know it won’t work.” “I know it will turn our badly.” etc
etc.. And each and every time they get what they believe. If
they really thought about that they could make some
miraculous things happen for themselves. Know what I mean?:)
I don’t feel you have mislead anyone. Endless possibilities
are possible. It needs to be believed.
peace love and blessings, Lisa

Dear Anisa,
Thank you so much for your email today, it was truly
inspiring. Thank you so much for analyzing the workings of
Universal Law in this way.
Much love and peace to you,
Regards Kate
)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)_)
Anisa, I don’t know if this is the right way to tell you my
opinion. Sorry for my English but I am Italian, from Milan.
I fully agree with you last quick manifesting morsel but let
me tell our friend from Australia that it is quite common to
misunderstand things at the beginning. I happened to me too!
I thought the only thing I had to do was just generate
positive thoughts and I’ve noticed it is not the only thing
we have to do. When you understand the “value” of the
universal laws and you start “seeing” that your world and
things that happened to you are the result of your thoughts
then you, step by step, start understanding the process of
changing vibration and changing your mind. I love the words
of Abraham and also the words of Neville and, day after day,
to jump inside your dream and to manifest it there is an
investment of time: you need time to meditate, time to do
EFT, time to “assume” yourself as you would like to be…it
is not just thinking about it while you are doing shopping
and it is also about doing it!
There is also a big effort to do: to feel better you have to
change your mind, to avoid always the same negative thoughts
and problems you need to change your ways in a deliberate
way and it takes energy. It is a process and not a “one
second change”. If this can be useful for someone please let
people know about my words…and please let people know that
the effort is full of joy, because when you stop fighting
against the things you don’t want then things start to being
different and this is the best thing in the world.
My way of living this life: short meditation and prayer in
the morning just for the joy of saying “thanks” and then a
constant work during the day to keep my focus on what I
want, a deliberate refusal of what my senses can see…and a
complete acceptance of what is happing and the faith of
knowing things are always changing. My dream is not true, I
am still waiting for it but I know I why I don’t still have
it: not alignment of vibrations! and I am working on that
enjoying the process because the best it gets, the best it
gets… but we all have to work for it, for our dreams….as
you said in your last post… Thanks Anisa for your work.

Anisa,
I want to thank you for writing this – it was truly
articulate and clarified many of the thoughts I’ve been
having in the wake of The Secret and the focus on the law of
attraction, when many people are experiencing some of the
most challenging economic times of their lives. I don’t
think you’ve done a disservice at all; in fact, over the
last 18 months when I have been through one of the most
challenging economic periods of my life, I would get your
emails and be reminded that I could change my thoughts, I
could keep moving in a positive direction, and I could do
this, so I am thankful for what you have done in whatever
form it took.
I love the law of balance and compensation you write about
here; because it really is about that more than the law of
attraction by itself – everything has a balance indeed.
While I’ve been challenged the last couple of years, people
tell me I look so happy and healthy – like I’m a different
person than I was when I had a job and was more stressed but
had more money. It’s because I’ve slowly, very slowly,
learned to integrate what is with who I am. I was fighting
the reality of my life with goals and affirmations that
weren’t aligned with who I am (now I’ve learned better ways
to do that), and kept me from seeing the beauty of what was
right in front of me. Not all of it was beautiful,
especially losing my job and two teeth in the same two week
period, but I’m rebuilding and learning a new way of life
that makes more sense. I too, believe we are unlimited, and
that we can find that truth by working with what is,
clearing our negative thoughts and physical clutter, and
helping others through service.
So thank you for this email, and I look forward to what you
write even more now, in light of this.
Sincerely,
Felicia A. Libo The Gratitude Project

Anisa,
I am subscribed to your newsletter, and this one is by far
the most amazing one I have gotten in 2 years. There is a
great misconception that learning exciting new stuff about
attracting/creating/allowing the life of one’s dreams
suddenly gives one immunity from life’s challenges.
Something has to be given up for the more beautiful to come
in. (As you so eloquently put it, to be healthy, you have to
give up being unhealthy. This kind of balancing is not such
a bad thing!) But the point is, the energy has to be
exchanged.
I read this interview with Stuart Wilde
(http://www.peopleandpossibilities.com/Stuart-Wilde.html)
and his answer here reminded me of your words & they may be
helpful to the lovely R from Australia:
Veronica: Throughout your books, I kept getting that it is
about one’s own personal empowerment, raising one’s energy
level to a place where life becomes easier, less of a
struggle. I understand and agree with that, but how does
this relate to the concept of grace, or the power of prayer,
you know, when you’ve done it all and you don’t have much
strength left, and you let go, and then a miracle happens.
How does that work?
Stuart: At that point where you quit, it’s the point where
the ego or the personality has taken such an enormous hit in
the struggle that it finally sits down in a puddle of mud
and sort of says “I’ve had enough.” At that point, the
miracle appears. It’s in the very chasing after of things
that you push them away. So the ego will yearn and force and
push and be desperate and demand and be this brat. Of
course, as you lean and push and demand and strive and yearn
for things, you actually shove them away from you. The
minute you pull back and sit down and enter silence, the
things start to come back toward you. I think sometimes in
that example, that you just cited, it’s that moment of where
we reach zero resistance and suddenly those things that we
desire, pop up in front of us, effortlessly, and it’s very
beautiful, isn’t it? ”
Have a lovely rest of the summer, and know that you are
helping an incredible amount of people and your work is
priceless.- Aida

Hi Anisa,
Great job on clarifying!! I’ve been an admirer of your work
for a long time now, perhaps you and I are on the same
wavelength, because I got all this information from you
throughout this course of time that I’ve been reading your
work. To me, your work resonates from a deep understanding.
In the process of looking within, truly looking within and
reconnecting with the God Part within, these inherent truths
that you have so beautifully detailed in your newsletter,
unfold, evolve and manifest in our consciousness from the
subconscious through a source of love. However, when one
returns to the physical world conditioning of fear…
Well… Then fear is in control and “seeing” the perfection
of life situations, relationships and events is masked by
fear and one draws to one more to be fearful of…
Your newsletter of this day will light the way for many that
the creation process hadn’t truly “clicked” for yet. Yes,
all is in divine order. I’m forwarding this to my husband
and daughter – perhaps more will “click” within!
I have learned so much in the past few years from wonderful
selfless teachers such as yourself. Thank you for stepping
out and doing your best! As an example of sharing your own
growth experiences, I’ve had the courage to share mine as
well. My dad transitioned in 2005 and he began to come to
me sharing his insight from the angelic realm. We just
finished a book together: Waiting in the Other Room. You
may learn more about it here:

Anisa, It does not seem to me that you sugarcoat your
positivity concerning LOA. I crashed manifesting and stuck
it out with faith ,surrender and detachment and now I have
a silent mind am conscious of my connection with my Source.
You are so clear when you teach and the “sunnyness”- your
lightness of spirit must attract more lightness. Notice the
light there. Nevertheless thank you for telling us the hard
part.
Your detachment teaching played a big part in helping me
attract my house back after it was totally lost. I stood in
faith and got it totally back and I am happy it happened
because I got set free inside before I got my house back.
Anisa when we get to hear your light spirit it encourages us
to want to learn and grow . If the person from Australia.
would keep hitting her big negative with big positiveness
they would collide and produce light. Your teaching taught
me to throw off anger, self pity, unforgiveness, unbelief
like dirty rags and be thankful and full of gratitude and
love. You teach from your heart and spirit and you are a
blessing. Love Dee

Thank you…
Your email articulates well the problem I have with “the
Secret.” Many people who subscribe to the principles of the
secret think they only need to imagine themselves in
whatever circumstances they wish to find themselves in, in
order to obtain it. I highly doubt Bill Gates spends all of
his time meditating. He is hard charging, focused, and
results oriented. In order to become wealthy, you must adopt
a “wealthy” consciousness, but also take practical steps in
real life.
I appreciate the sentiments expressed.
Thanks for sharing. – Susan B.

Great stuff Anisa, I love you too! I think if you want
anything in life you have to get off your ass and make it
happen, and you have to realize that things aren’t always
going to go the way you want them to. You have to deal with
it and move on, just don’t give up, ever! – Thomas

Dear Anisa Aven, After reading the story of the person in
Australia, one word came to mind self-hatred. People who are
willing to change their beliefs resist because they feel
unworthy. It seem like the two people who hurt her and the
negative results from this course needed to be addressed by
a Professional EFT counselor.
Much love, Nat S.

Anisa, this is a perfect example of the humility, honesty
and utter transparency that goes into making you the truly
special person you are! When I say ‘keep on being you,

try.
Just wanted to let you know you never mislead me….all the

Anisa,
I know you are well intentioned. From my personal experience I know that what we have in our life is the result of our subconscious programming from when we were younger. It isn’t our fault that this has happened, it happens to all people. Unfortunately for some, our early programming is so entirely negative, due to family factors and the social judgement of others along with how we interpreted that information to form beliefs about our world. A lot of people teaching about prosperity (life prosperity, not money consciousness) and recently the law of attraction haven’t come from this experience and so easily make things flow for themselves as they already have a lot of positive beliefs, social support and resources that others don’t have and have never had.
From that position is is easy to assume other people simply aren’t doing it right, or that they don’t want to let go of their current negative circumstances.
Some people are still at the survival level and haven’t got to the next step. In that place it’s hard to know how to change things in a positive way.
There may be payoffs for people to stay sick for example, but most people do really want to become well. A lot of sickness is caused in the early years by programming, poor nutrition and lack of awareness by families who raise children.
That can make some illnesses long term . It also doesn’t help that illness is now an industry that people have to pay to get well. Paying for a product or service is fine, but an individual has to find what will help their condition specifically, this isn’t helped by the misinformation that is around.
There are also a lot of people teaching “spiritual” principles who don’t realise what is is like for others. This is also an industry that can lead to judging others and some misinformation.
I have found that when I accept my circumstances whatever they are, (and of course do what I can to improve matters) they gradually change, although not at the speed that I want.
I have also learned not to judge others no matter what my opinion is, because then I get to experience some of what they are going through. So I now affirm, but for the grace of God there go I and have to remind myself that we are all God’s children.

Hi Anisa,
First off, I have really enjoyed and benifited from all the free stuff in your website. You help me keep my courage up.
Right now, things are not going so well for my husband and me. Is a life long very hard chemicalization possible? I have had blessings. I have also had much tragedy. I try to stay focused on the blessings and be greatful for what I do have that is working.
Law of Attraction teachings are filling me with such peace. Even if I remain in poverty I feel my soul has benifited from the work I have done. I am greateful for my studies.

HI Amanda,
I agree that there are many teachers who sit in judgment of others when their ‘learning’ takes longer or different twists and turns they they think they ‘should’.
I really appreciate your wisdom regarding ‘not to judge’. One of my favorite spiritual writers, Vernon Howard wrote, “Dare to have No Opinions!” It was one of my very first affirmations, some 20plus years ago. I confess I’ve still not mastered it… but by intending not to have an opinion, I can’t judge something as ‘bad’… for the Truth is that All is Well, All the time, even when I don’t ‘get’ it!
Comment by Anisa — August 20, 2009 @ 6:24 pm
Hi Nancy,
Thank you for your comments… —> life-long chemicalization, ouch!?!?
I do know some who have had devastating life challenges for many, many, many years and who have continued to seek the inner Peace you speak of. One friend, who I deeply admire, was the victim of unthinkable abuse as a child and his parents even left him for dead when he was an infant. However, through his work with meditation and his commitment to his spiritual path, he is an amazing, motivational speaker. His story uplifts and inspires in ways only HE can share, because he’s ‘been there’.
Continue to stay the course, the PEACE you feel now will continue to attract more PEACE. And, the beautiful thing is PEACE when combined with a belief that prosperity is your birthright, also attracts Prosperity. Know this and it shall be. – Anisa Aven

Hi Anisa,
I am sorry but I have to disagree with you on LOA and on the other statements contained in this e-mail. Jesus himself said, becareful what you say, because from the mouth the heart speaks, and whatever we speak will become our experience, now lets just take a statement from this e-mail: “The LOA is simple but not always easy.” Blam! that repeated will become yours, theirs, experience, its the same thing as saying, “I find meditation hard”, well guess what it is going to be? The main reason we are not seeing what we are trying to manifest is simply because we are trying to put the cart before the horse.
People are meditating, doing creative manifestations, etc etc, in order to gain things from this illusion, so they are not truly finding their essence, the essence is where all the above mentioned flows naturally with very little effort. Thus “seek the kingdom of Heaven First!(God, Source, Universe, our own true identities (spirit, essence) ), and the desires of your hearts will be added unto you!”
Although there are many reasons people are being lead to these practices, mainly to GET, does not really matter, that is the cheese to lead us mice to true Life, some may fall away discouraged while others will keep digging within to try and make these things work, only to discover their true selves (spirit, essence), which in itself is the most wonderful gift, from there all the above will work with very little effort, like a passing thought.
So to truly teach people how to achieve and use any of the above mentioned we simply need to tell them to find their true essence first and foremost for the sake of having true Life.
Health and Happiness

Anisa – You have actually been THE ONE who taught me about the true application of the Law of Atraction. I have seen many authors, teachers, and resources in our fast paced world leave it at Ask and You Shall Receive. Not as a deliberate falsehood, but because there is only so much time in the Secret DVD or space in a magazine article. It is the responsibility of the teacher and the student to dig deep and discover that there are many things that influence a person’s energetic vibration, and that energetic vibration must be attended to in order to achieve results. Meditation, EFT, living visions, nurturing and operating from a blissful heart — these and many other practices can impact our ability to create our life.
The purpose of life is to transcend and transform. If I could sit in my kitchen and envision all that I would do with my lottery winnings and then magically manifest that winning sum — there wouldn’t be much transforming or transcending going on. However, if I am able to apply my spiritual practices along with inspired action, and during that time improve my money management skills, won’t my created life be that much sweeter?
I have learned so much from you and continue to learn more every week. Please keep up the wonderful work.
Love and Light – Cathy

Hi Anisa,
I have some wonderful news and I thought I would share it with you. This is a long story with a happy ending –
My husband, whom I love with all my heart, is type 2 diabetic. About 3 months ago he developed a diabetic ulser on his foot which would not heal and kept getting worse. We are having financial problems and don’t have insurance and can’t afford health care. We were living away from our home town in a large city. In this large city there was no help for us and I was concerned that my husband would loose his foot.
We had to move in with my mother who is elderly and needed us to move back to our home town to help her. It was a night mare move. It really did feel good and right to be back home, though.
We had to establish Doctors here and there is a wonderful clinic for folks who have no money for doctors. The cllinic sent us to a wound care specalist. They have been treating my husband’s foot for free 3 times a week for 3 months. This week, they told us that he could cut treatments down to once a week and his foot should be completely healed in about 6 weeks.
We have also been able to get him on disability which will help us out a great deal.
Much Love,
Nancy

Anisa,I have to say something about your “realistic” and “apologetic” post I just read…I am so glad to hear you say something that I have been feeling about this LOA phenomenon that has people living on a cloud using everything that is happening to them thru the eyes of LOA. How true it is- what you say, and very eloquently put I might add. I also feel very spiritually connected to you, especially when I hear your admittance to “being human” and dealing with human issues. We have to be honest with ourselves if we are going to grow and improve what we attract. We have control over what we think about and the choices we make. We also have to have accountability. Something that we seem to scathe over when trying to create the perfect life (which is not wihtout challenges and sorrows). To me, a life that is always just so perfect, is not LIFE. That is what makes us human. How do we show compassion for someone unless we ourselves have experienced some sadness or loss. I don’t wish any unhappiness on anyone, but when you love someone deeply and something happens to them you feel sad – yes it is the opposite of positive creation, but it is also the price we pay for having love in our lives. How boring and lonley it would be to have not to have experienced someones love or the hard work to become successful – the prize wouldn’t be as sweet if it was just handed to them. Yes, keeping a positive outlook and realizing that we choose our thoughts and choose our actions, but we have to realize that we are humans – and that is something we did create and attract. So I am with you “sister”…keep writing awesome thought provoking pieces like this. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Peace and Love

HI Galea,
Thank you for your feedback… hmmm… did I have an edge? I didn’t mean to but I suppose you’re right, I have felt responsible for clients/friends taking the term ‘easy’ too literal when it comes to the LOA. I’ve just had enough non-easy creations to know that thinking something into ease, isn’t always easy-peasy. Thanks again and I’m going to go meditate on my ‘edge’ now…
